My roommate and I had a terrible experience. Our dry cleaning was not ready on the day promised. When we went back to pick it up the second time, my roommates was still not completed. When she finally went back a third time they gave her her drycleaning with one of the items missing. Having her go back a fourth time. The customer service was terrible. They had a «so what» attitude and did nothing to try to compensate for their mistakes.
Try Catalonia Cleaners instead. They are consistent and they do a great job.

This place is now called Deissy Cleaners. The new owners ave pretty much ruined the business. You never pay the same price for anything twice in a row. And whoever heard of dry cleaning a poly cotton blend shirt??? Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Maybe the idiot owner will realize we aren’t there to serve her, she is there to serve us.

I have been going to several dry cleaning shops until I found one I was happy with. I think I found that with K Cleaners.
Pros: This place is one of the cheapest I have been to. I usually dry clean ties and pants and have been charged around $ 5 per item. The place itself is clean and air-​conditioned. I been to so many places that I am sweating when I go to wait to pick-​up my items. The lady that I have always seen is really nice and friendly. I have asked her to make my items available sooner and she has been able to. Plus they are open until 7, which is a plus for me.
Cons: This place is in a tiny 4 – 5 store shopping center. I have never had a problem parking but there are few parking spots and I can see that being an issue at some point. Also, its difficult to actually access this place. Unless you are driving east on coral way, this place is a pain to get to. I did go one time to pick up some of my dry cleaning and their machine to rotate the clothes was broken and they couldn’t give me my clothes that day. Hopefully, this is not going to be a recurring issue because they are not too bad.

I’m still on a quest to find the perfect dry cleaner. I haven’t completely ruled out K Cleaners, but it’s not at the top of my charts either.
There’s nothing so wonderful about this place or so terrible, it’s just perfectly average. They charged me about $ 4.50 for a silk blouse and it took them about four days to have it ready. I’m determined to find a place that charges less and does the job quicker, but this place will do for now.
Perhaps it could have even gotten four stars in my book, but the parking situation is a pain. There are very few spots available and since its on Coral Way you can’t just jet in and out. There are U-​turns to be made and turn signals to be used.
This place is the epitome of a three-​star establishment. To speak Unilocaler, it’s simply «A-​Ok.»
