i was refereed by a current patience which is happy with their service. i called, provided my insurance information. i was told i would receive a call back. i waited 10+ days and I called back myself. i asked to speak with the manager. i was told the manager was not available and the person on the phone seemed eager to try to speak with me directly and bypass the manager. i explained and was told she had called me that day, which i verified in my caller ID. however, she did not leave a message, but was planning to call me back. she then explained my insurance does not cover their services. at that point i thanked her for her time and hung up. i spend, out of pocket, $ 100+ weekly on alternative «medicine». based on this experience I will not become their patient, nor recommend their service. it’s a competitive market I recommend being eager to make a good first impression.
