My experience at Soul Spa was very enlightening. Soul Spa was a relaxing workshop where the atmosphere was engaging which allowed me a meaningful relationship with my own mind and trained it to perform optimally, that yielded a multitude of benefits for my body and soul. The classes began and ended with a mindfulness meditation to keep me in the present moment. With Noeila’s insight, each week I was able to break through walls I never knew I had. She is a skilled professional life coach that was able to identify each of the groups needs individually and collectively. Noelia has inspired me to challenge myself on both a personal and professional level. Her inspiration and guidance gave me the life time tools and knowledge to move forward in my life. The group setting brought different perspectives of seeing things through different lenses and new friendships. Soul Spa is a great way to eliminate stress, make new friendships, improve health, increase creative awareness through a new thought process that replaces old habits with new exciting ones.
