Worst McDonalds on Planet Earth. Long waits, at night can be 30 min and I’m not exaggerating. One time just drove off. After waiting long enough to get food at a sit down. Not uncommon to see people inside standing around and laughing. And to top it all off, they run out of food!!!

Pulled in at 11PM & waited over 45 min to place an order which took forever to fill. Wow. It seems that there is a scheduling issue because there were only two people working. If we were not squeezed in between cars we would’ve left. Really angry that when we finally got to front window to place order (instead of drive up) after 45 MINUTES the girl started taking an order over headset! So I informed her how long we waited to place an order & she tells other people to wait. So then we try to pay & she tells us the machine doesn’t work. What kind of McDonalds is this? Stay FAR AWAY from this McDonalds. it’s been over ONE HOUR & we are STILL waiting

Went in on Christmas eve and not only were they opened but the girl of the drive thru had a smile on her face and was super friendly. Extremely happy with the service

This McDonalds is slow, often gets the order wrong and no one working the drive-​thru ever speaks English. I know it’s Miami but it’s still the USA You need to be bilingual and the franchise owner is too cheap to hire bilingual workers. I have to wonder how many of these young adults who can’t speak English are working legally?

This is honestly the slowest fast food restaurant drive thru I have ever been to. I almost didn’t stay in the line like some of the people behind me.

This place has the worst customer service! I came with a large group of people and ordered a LOT of food. Yet when I asked for a cup for water, they told me that I had to use the water fountain. My kids only drink water. I asked them to please just give me a cup so that they can drink water and they still refused. Don’t give this place your business. They do not deserve it.

Old standby when there is nothing to eat at home. The kids always find this a treat. Although it may start a holy war, I still like McDonald’s fries the best. This location is almost open 24 hours, has free WiFi, and a quick drive thru.
