I am frequent customer, I go to Mishas at least twice per week plus the cakes for every single birthday, graduation and major celebration in my household/close friends. Recently the quality has decreased significantly. Taste and texture has changed negatively, sometimes even a burnt taste and color can be seen. Customer service has deteriorated. We went yesterday, cake wasn’t as good as they used to be. We went today again and the dulce de leche cake had a chemical flavor that made us vomit. We went back to the store so that the attendants were able to taste it and although the accepted there was something odd, they didn’t even apologize. Very disappointed, as this was my favorite dessert place!

Best cupcakes in Miami!!! Vanilla have always been my favorite with white chocolate chips as a treat at the bottom… yum!!! My kids love the dirt cupcakes with cookie crumbles and gummy worms. You can’t go wrong with Misha’s Cupcakes and they(and you!) will be an amazing hit at any party you bring them to!!!

The cupcakes really aren’t very good. I’ve made better ones at home. The main problem is the icing, which was a tolerable consistency, but had a subpar flavor. Do not recommend this place, you would be better off going to Publix down the street for any cupcake needs.

I just love the feel of the place. The minute I walk in I love the décor and the girls’ friendly faces. They are so careful and helpful when taking my order. Sometimes I just stop by for a quick few cupcakes and the variety is unlike any other cupcake shop. My new favorite is their Tres Leches dessert. Mishas is more than just a cupcake lady!

«Woohoo! As good as it gets!» is right! I’ve heard friends ranting and raving about Misha’s Cupcakes but since I was never big on cupcakes, eating at Misha’s wasn’t a priority. But last week I was in the Gables and happened to drive by Misha’s and decided to drop by for a cupcake. I walk in and am immediately acknowledge with«Welcome to Misha’s!». I tell the girl at the front(I would credit her but I forgot her name) I’ve never been so she explains everything they sell. The pastries all have such great presentation that they make you want to try them all but i was sticking to cupcakes, at least for now. I walk out with four; Oreo, Carrot Cake, and of course being Hispanic I needed to try Delce de Leche and Guava. Two words; Holy Sh*t!!! I never liked cupcakes because of how dry and flavorless they are but these people turned the cupcake game right-side-up. The word«Moist» should have a picture of a Misha’s cupcake next to it in the dictionary. The first one I ate, I took two bites to eat. I’m ashamed to admit this but the next three(yes, I ate them all. I wanted to save the girlfriend some to taste but she’s SOL) all went down the hatch whole! :( As for the staff, I mainly only dealt with one person but that’s all it took. The greetings and smiles were warming and the familiarity on the product was spot on. I will be returning to Mishas’s — with my girlfriend if she want to try it — very soon and will be exploring their inventory! CINCOESTRELLAS!

Honestly the best cupcakes and cakes I’ve ever tried! The products are always beyond amazing and there’s so many different flavors and treats to choose from! The customer service is always phenomenal as well, I can never decide what I want but the girls are always patient and willing to help! Definitely the best bakery around!

Mishas cupcakes are the best cupcakes and cakes that I have had. I ordered my daugthers birthday cake at mishas cupcakes and they did an amazing job with the cake. The taste of the cake which by the way was half Oreo half vanilla, was amazing and moist. Everyone at daughters birthday were amazed on how delicious the cake was. I give this place a 5 star not only because of the quality of the cake but because of the customer service. Everytime I walk in the store I am always greeted with a smile and attended quickly.

I’ve gone to many cupcake shops around Miami and none of them can even come close to Misha’s Cupcakes. The quality of the cupcakes is like no other and the tres leche is OUTOFTHISWORLD!!! I must admit I have had dreams about their cupcakes!

Misha’s has clearly become a victim of their own hubris. Apparently, having good cake allows you to treat your costumers badly. I wanted to order a specialty cake for me and my coworkers birthdays(we are 3 days apart and celebrate together in the office), and we knew we wanted the cake from Misha’s. I had tried their cupcakes in the past and knew that the cake would be delicious. From the moment I called Misha’s up, I started to have problems. At first they would not answer the phone, then when they did the girl acted very apathetic and kept forgetting things. She would ask me to email her and then no one would respond to my email for days. The cake was good, but not good enough for the treatment I endured. Keep your cake, I’m going someplace else next time.

The best cupcake shop in south Florida! They have quality service that no other place can compete with. They always greet me with a smile! Always have samples ready for you to try in case it’s your first time and your undecided! My favorite flavors are Oreo, dulce de leche and guava with crème cheese frosting! The guava cupcake is actually injected with guava so it’s a yummy surprise when you bite into it! GUAVAOVERLOAD! Also they have amazing discounts for students, military! Definitely my favorite place to go if I’m craving something sweet with their variety of flavors!

Wow I use to love this place but the quality has gone significantly down. I bought two cupcakes today. The cookie dough one was very dry and the chocolate ganache tastes slightly burnt. Very disappointing. This use to be my favorite cupcake store. I use to go all the time. But now that I live so far it’s impossible. I was so excited today to have a mishas cupcake, only to be let down. Quality has gone down significantly.

I have used this location for 3 special events in my life based on its fine reputation. I used them for a Gender Reveal Party, Baby Shower and my baby’s first birthday. For the first 2 events, I used mini cupcakes and they were fabulous and very popular. For the most recent event, January 2016, I decided to go all out and purchase a large cake made of large cupcakes for my daughter’s first birthday. I also separately purchased a personal sized cake for her to dig in. I chose to eat the Oreo cupcake from the large cake and the icing was AMAZING. I absolutely loved the icing. However, the actual cupcake lacked flavor. I didn’t think too much of it but later on in conversation with close friends and family, there was an overall consensus that the oreo/cookies n cream cupcakes didn’t taste like anything. I was disappointed but not enough to say anything. What was the last straw for me, was when eating my daughter’s leftover cake the next day at our house, it was burnt! All around the outside that has the delicious icing on it, the cake was burnt, making it difficult to enjoy. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called on that day by Misha’s cupcakes to ask how everything was. I honestly and politely let them know about the delicious icing, etc. Then, I also let her know of the burnt cake for my one year old. And the lady simply apologized and left it at that. Considering the fact that I paid over $ 80 for the large cake and only $ 15 for my one year old’s cake, I found it quite shocking that they wouldn’t at least provide a discount of some sort for my daughter’s cake. I don’t mind going all out for the best, but I’m starting to think that this place is over rated and perhaps too busy to focus on details. I’m going to use the place that made my wedding cake from here on out. I recently ordered a top tier cake replicating our wedding cake for our anniversary, and it was absolutely delicious– on the outside and the inside. And, that cake only cost me $ 25. In a nutshell, I appreciated Misha’s cupcakes polite customer service, but there comes a point where actions also speak louder than words.

I used to love this place… I walked in the other day and about 7 girls said hi to me. Then when I needed help with an order, they scattered like mice-no one else was in the store-just me and about 7 employees! I walked out without placing an order and without a second glance! It’s my 2nd bad experience with this place & that’s enough to have me scatter. I’ve been a devoted Misha fan when Misha was still delivering her cupcakes to local stores. Last year I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday-I delicately took it with me on a plane trip where everyone was eagerly anticipating a wonderful cake-it was horrible-cracked, dry, just not of quality at all! I’m sad to say that now that Misha has grown so large it’s service and quality have gone down! I wouldn’t recommend Mishas to anyone needing to place an order for a cake or cupcakes… if you’re just stopping in for a quick cupcake, you might get lucky! Otherwise… run!

Tasty cakes and smiling faces. Misha’s has it together. They do pretty much one thing and do it real well. That is making amazing tasting cupcakes. This coming from someone who does not really like sweets all that much. We first heard of Misha’s from a sweet tooth event and we were hooked. They sometimes pop up at community events, or they are part of a catering at a party, and when that happens, be ready for a real sugar rush. They pink and green color scheme is welcoming and inviting. They storefront at this flagship Coral Gables shop always has smiling faces to welcome their patrons and the shelves with confections are always fully stocked. Our go to flavor will surely have to be the red velvet with cream cheese, however this past visit I took home a coconut with icing and also the chocolate obsession which sounds like fun. Mix this goodness with many other flavored. Ostia in mini but also some full size cupcakes and you’ll be looking at quite a selection to take home. Oh and since they’ve branched out and taken over the storefront next to them, they also now take larger orders for parties, weddings and other events. Misha’s does one thing and they do it quite well. That is to make a great tasting treat!

Really great!!! I ordered these for my boyfriends birthday and I got to pick out a lot of different flavors for the box. My favorite was the guava cupcakes. Not TOO pricy, and really just delicious. Pretty, too!

Sure would have been nice to try the cupcakes… but didn’t get to because the girl at the counter did not even acknowledge us while she was helping another customer. A guy even walked from the back to the register and turned back around without a word. Unexcusable customer service. Waited more than 5 minutes without even eye contact. Won’t try again!

This would be my most longest overdue review ever. I have been enjoying Misha’s Cupcakes for the longest now. I think that what seals the deal for me is the bite size explosion of flavor, because unlike other cupcake shops, these cupcakes are gone in two bites. You could kill it in one bite, or stretch it into four bites, but really, these are two bite cupcakes. And, believe it or not, this used to be a problem for me. I am used to the average size cupcakes, not the mini size, and as such, I like to savor the cake(but not the frosting so much). But cupcakes these day are so intense in flavor, that it’s hard to finish a regular sized one. I actually cannot finish a regular one these days. Introduce the mini cupcakes. The advantage of these is that they leave you wanting more, unlike the regular sized ones, that you can’t finish and that you sometimes wish to dump it in a trash can. Also, and most important, these mini cupcakes allow you to sample the myriad of flavors that may be available without stretching your belly. Incidentally, Misha concocts many flavors, I mean, there are at least twenty flavors on display every day. And that summarizes Misha’s Cupcakes essence, variety and the mini cupcakes that allow you to sample this variety. Oreo cookie, cookie dough, toasted coconut, chocolate ganache, dulce de leche, guava/cheese, etc., this is the place if you want to try flavors versus eat cake. Since I mentioned cake, Misha now makes cakes also. I have ordered a few of her cakes and the right word to describe them is decadent and full of flavor. Misha doesn’t play around, she will assault you taste buds with a ton of flavors. This is my go to for birthday cakes or for whenever I need to show up with a cake. Every time I do this, the cake has been a hit and people love it. That makes people like me, because everyone loves cakes but everyone really loves a guy that knows where to get awesome cake. Misha’s also sells cake pops and cake slices. The last thing I tried there that blew me away was a Tres Leches cake. It was truly delicious. Of all the cupcake places in South Florida, I think that Misha’s Cupcakes is at the top, or at least tied at the top. There are other places that have awesome cupcakes, but none match the intensity of the flavors, and for sure, none innovate with new flavors, combinations and products like Misha does. She is truly amazing, and so is this cupcake shop. And yes, maybe you’ll run into a staff member who is cold, or someone who rushes, but if you are cool enough to sympathize with these people, you could turn things around and leave that cupcake shop with nothing but good feelings. I have come here multiple times with my four year old daughter to customize cakes and have spent a good twenty minutes every time, and I tell you, these have been some of the most magical moments for my child. Yes, the staff could be weird sometimes, but they could also be over the top(in a good way) and outstanding. Now I’m craving cupcakes…

Cheers to a cupcakery that doesn’t kill me by using egg yolks in their frosting! My allergies are not activated! Yes! Minicupcakes are the bomb here. They have so many flavors! I found that the regular flavors were the best. The carrot cake one didn’t really have a carrot-y taste to it, so that wasn’t my favorite. However, the vanilla and the guava ones were excellent, along with the cookie dough. These cupcakes have the texture that I like. When I bite into it, the cake itself looks similar to that of a crumpet, except it’s extremely moist and fluffy. I see no reason for me to look for a cupcakery outside of Misha’s when I’m in town.

I have been a loyal fan, customer and consumer but I’m moving on… I moved to Broward but would still go out of my way to stop by Misha’s when I would have meetings in Coral Gables. As Misha’s has grown the quality has suffered. There are a few newer cupcakes that are still outstanding but most of the old faithfuls(including the vanilla white chocolate that first converted me) seem to overly rely on moist and rich instead of decedent and flavorful. If I want to chew on some moist sweet butter with frosting I can do that myself. The cakes had been an exception for a while but now they have joined the casualties of sweet buttery sawdust. If Domino’s can reinvent themselves you can to Misha’s! Step up your game and I will eat it!

Great cupcakes but sometimes too sweet. This is one of my go to cupcake spots! The black bottom is a must try. Well… All of them are. Yum! Service is great, they always have a smile on their faces and are happy to help. It’s a great place. Never have tried the cakes but I heard they are a bit too much.

I came here to buy a birthday cake for someone at work right around their opening time. Upon entering, you are immediately hit with the glorious smell of the baked goods. I was greeted and helped right away. The cake we picked out was the salted caramel. I will admit it was a bit much… Too much salt although I do like sweet and salty it was just a tad too heavy on the salt. I have also had their cupcakes on numerous occasions and I think that this is the way to go. You get to pick out from so many different flavors and get a box full of variety to try and share! Because there are lots of different flavors it’s hard to choose just a few, but all the more reason to go with a bigger box and get more! Definitely worth the guilt-ridden calories!!!

I’ve been to three of their other locations, and once again they exceed my expectations! They always have samples for you to try of cupcakes and today the mini chocolate chip cookies! The staff is friendly and serve you quickly. There are seats inside to sit and have your yummy treat. I got three mini cupcakes for $ 4. Samoa: chocolate and vanilla cake topped with chocolate ganache, toasted coconut, and caramel drizzle. The cookie butter was amazing. They fill the inside of the cupcake with cookie butter!!! It is topped with a delicious buttercream frosting. The carrot cake was super moist with shredded carrots, It was topped with a good cream cheese frosting. The cupcakes are always moist and fresh tasting. For the size and quality the price is right! There was free parking in the attached parking lot. I will definitely be back!

The BEST cupcakes in town. I try cupcakes from other places and nothing compares. I LOVE Misha’s Cupcakes and I’m never disappointed when I stop by. Your cupcakes are always fresh and always consistent in taste. You can never buy just one when you stop by, you always end up buying a box! The mini’s are always what I go for, so that you can indulge your sweet tooth and not feel guilty. I’ve even purchased for events and everyone always loves them. My favorite ones are the red velvet with cream cheese frosting and the Oreo cupcakes. They have plenty of flavors to choose from including seasonal flavors. They even offer delivery with in a certain mile radius from the location itself. I just wish they had a location or two in Ft. Lauderdale. Whenever I’m in town though, I always try to pick some up. This is a definite must try, if you’re in Miami.

A bit pricy for mini desserts, but when I crave a good cupcake(s) I come here! I have tried several other cupcake shops in Miami, and in my opinion, they don’t compare to Misha’s. Her flavors are delicious! And presentation is always creative, festive, and darling. The cake is moist, I love the cupcakes with middles filled with caramel, chocolate, or guava(mmm!) The only thing I could do less of is the frosting on some of the cupcakes. It is very very sweet. My favorites are cookie dough(frosting on this one is too sweet though), Hostess, guava, salty caramel, and red velvet. My fiancé’s fave is the chocolate ganache. I’ve also seen cookies, slices of cake, and brownies sold at the store. I have tried the brownie… I’ve had better. But cupcakes here are the best!
