I just did the Floating Meditation class last night and it truly put me in Zen mode. Highly recommended! And the staff is extremely friendly and awesome. Thank you Monica and Amanda for everything! Location is also great; there is no stress with parking as can usually be the case in downtown Gables. Will definitely be coming back again for the same class and to try out everything else they have to offer!

A most relaxing experience! The aroma in the air and incredible foot bath and foot massages, reflexology too. And upstairs they have yoga. A lot to do here
