Brunch Box

I’ve been getting breakfast here for the last 6 months and I can truly say it’s amazing. Everyone is super nice and they always have my breakfast ready in less than 10 minutes (usually under 5). The prices are great (I used to work in parkland next to Westside Bagels and THEY are a rip off!) and everything I ever order is delicious. They also deliver and have tables for those who have a little extra time to stop and eat. I’ve never had lunch from here but several of my co-​workers have and they have no complaints. As for the reviews that say they have horrible customer service, I can attest that I have NEVER experienced this. Quite oppositely, they always remember me when I come in and ask how my week is going, how I am, and how work is going. They are exceptionally personable. Thanks Brunch Box!

Very small portions and hardly any cold cut meat in subs and they don’t make it right. you’ll waste money and still be hungry. Also place is very old and dirty. Keep away. Find another place new owners ruined a decent place.

Cool name right? I saw this place on Unilocal and decided to try it with a friend thinking it was this cool new trendy breakfast place, turns out its just some quick fast service type restaurant that caters more to deliveries and take outs not big on dine-in’s learned that the hard way. I was better off cooking breakfast at home, prices are great though if you’re on the go and need something quick and inexpensive.

Today was my first time trying this place and I’m impressed. I love the fact that the breakfast sandwiches are made in omelet style, super moist, and at a great price. Customer service was ⁸⁄₁₀ because I walked in and looked confused as to why I was there. But the lady was super nice.

Absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I go here at least once a week — the food is amazing!

Fast delivery, friendly enough however if they put one less piece of roast beef on my sub it would have been a vegetarian sub. Absolutely the least amount of meat I have ever seen on a sub. They make subway look like La Spadas.

Love this place! The food is always fresh and the new ownership has put a lot of time and effort into making this place cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing. Always a great lunch for a great price!!!

Well… I gave this place another shot and… Disappointed yet again… Ugh I just wanted a nice sub before I work the entirety of the day like it almost makes me depressed how much I wanted this sub to be good. I asked for a buffalo sub with no tomato (comes with lettuce blue cheese and tomato) and the only thing I don’t eat I get… Along with soggy bread, me standing over my over writing this review, and hungrier and madder than ever. THANKS A LOT BRUNCH BOX, YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO THE FOOD INDUSTRY. I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!!!

If I could give a lower rating I absolutely would, I placed two individual orders for delivery and ended up having am extra 5 dollar charge from an employee obviously writing in extra money when I tipped via cash on another order. Usually this would be done and taken care of with a simple phone call but to my surprise the woman on the line assuming to be the manager extremely rudely tells me I’m wrong and a liar. It’s at this point I realize this place has no sense of customer retrieval or even care, the food wasn’t great either, I recommend to stay away from this place, I’ll be driving in today to try to resolve this dilemma.
GO TO DYAN’S JUST LIKE 5 MINUTES NORTH

Brunch Box is now under new ownership and the quality has gone done hill. Prices are high and you get little for your money let alone the taste is awful. I will NEVER ORDER lunch from here again.

I love this place the food is good and the people have always been nice to us we will continue to order.

Fresh subs!

The few times I have ordered from this establishment have been less than desirable. The person who takes your order, which I am assuming is the owner, unless her employees are trained to be as awful as she is, is incredibly rude and impatient when taking orders, treating her clients lesser than others despite us being a LARGE OFFICE that often places large orders. I guess she doesn’t want our money? She sighs and tells us our order is wrong and we have the wrong menu but the menu on the website is incorrect. If you ask what kind of soups they have, for example, she’ll bark at you to look at the menu WHICH SHE HERSELF JUST SAID is not updated. If you take a breath between ordering she threatens to put you on hold because apparently you’re not important enough to serve if you have to breathe while you’re ordering. INCREDIBLY awful service and the food is sub-​par. Their omelette is runny and looks like a huge flattened yellow tire. Their bread is harder than the wheel made by a caveman. What an AWFUL woman. The last few times I have ordered I felt almost afraid to call in case it was her that picked up.
