Chappy’s Pool Store

Purchased a home with a leaky pool. I had a hard time finding someone to come out find out the problem. Had to add water often. Chappy sent someone out quickly. Terry knows pools. He and Rob? did a great job fixing a few leaks and making my skimmer work properly. I now have too much water. Haha. Thanks

I went to Pinch a *&^&^ to purchase some much needed pool supplies, What a mistake. Chappys came to me via my real estate agent, who was dead on with this company. The staff is well educated and always willing to answer any and all question. A awesome mom and pop store who is not out to sell you every chemical you don’t need for your pool, with great pricing on products. I will drive out of my way to go here, honesty counts… Thanks for being a trustworthy store,

«BEWARE»
Been a loyal customer Of Chappy’s 1239 N. University Dr., Coral Springs Fl. 33 071, for several years. Thought he was honest and upstanding. UNTIL I had pool problems.
He sent Terry to repair the problem. Terry who is far from true full. who I always had to call would say, a hundred times, «I’ll be there today». No show over and over again. After 5 or 6 months of this crap, I went to Chappy AGAIN! While we were talking I find out Chappy only known about a $ 200 charge. Terry has charged me a total of $ 600, for the work, so far. Pool still not right.
Went back to Chappy’s and Terry and Chappy are both there. Terry denies the charges and Chappy walks away. No refund, no I’m sorry, just walks away. I told him, as he walked away, that he had just let 4 customers. My kids and neighbor also were customers.
NOW comes the REAL kicker— Chappy said he believed me, a few week before all this,
because he had fired Terry 4 years ago for the same thing, RIPPING customers off.
So think twice before you walk through his doors. There are way too many pool stores in Coral Springs To ever think of using him!

Eric @ Chappy’s is the BEST! Moved into the area just over a year ago and never owned a pool till now. Eric and his guys have been awesome in helping me out with the pool — from simple questions, water testing, servicing … just outstanding.
Can’t recommend Chappy’s enough!

She’s been a client of his for a decade and is a happy camper. They assist her in getting chlorine jugs into the car and help her make good decisions about pool products. Highly recommended.
