Customer service is the number one priority of any small business owner, and as such you are dooming your business when you treat customers poorly. I have worked in retail and keeping a customer happy is a given! In this instance you are showing people that you don’t care about your product once it leaves your store or about the people who keep you in business. One bad review has a trickle down effect that reaches far and wide and you should never underestimate a consumer. Telling a customer that you are going to help and then backing out because that customer gives their unbiased view shows how much of a ‘man’ you are. Responding to the backlash after the fact instead of correcting the situation before it got out of hand is a sign of a poor businessman. All in all it sounds like you may want to reevaluate your customer service and business practices.

If your not offering good customer service to people who are spending money here then you shouldn’t be in business. So tired of stores who don’t care about helping people find the right product and just wanting to get money the fast and easy way. You have to work for your money like everyone else.

Keep driving east to Nu Turf unless you enjoy getting ripped off. Pulled in to buy half a pallet of sod was approached and told to «go pay». So I head into the dilapidated shed and was told you have to pay per piece of sod and it would be $ 140! Yeah right! It’s half that at Nu Turf and not to mention, their sod looked like garbage.

Got some gorgeous potato vines from here. Also portulaca for a very reasonable $ 2 per plant. Overall it didnt have the largest selection; but what it did have was very well priced and the staff was super friendly; they even made sure to point ot the clearance section as well as water all of the plants I purchased before I took them home.

I really like this Nursery they always have a wide selection of plants and trees and the prices margin is great. They are definitely my go to place for SOD. They always have fresh dark green St. Augustine SOD in stock at a very good price. If you are looking for a unique variety of plants you are almost sure to find them here. I brought full grown milk weeds for my butterfly garden at $ 3.49 each which was a much better deal than I paid for the same plant at another Nursery. Not only are the variety of plants extensive but the service is good but sometime can be hit or miss. The grounds staff are helpful but there is a communication lapse sometimes. The staff behind the counter is very helpful but during busy times cannot always leave the register to help despite I have always had all my needs met. Definitely a great nursery with decent service and superior products

I’ve been using this nursery for 20 years and they are very well stocked for a smaller, local facility. They started doing my lawn service about 6 years ago and they are very responsive to special requests. They do our planting every fall and it always looks great. Just in time for thanksgiving. Dan and his staff are knowledgable and helpful in choosing your plants.
