Terrible Customer Service, Not only did they not deliver my order for the date I requested they were also rude when I called to ask why the order hadn’t been delivered yet several days after.

This is not the first time I have ordered Edible Arrangements, I did about a year or 2 ago for my mother on Mother’s Day everything went perfect. This year was a disaster. First off I couldn’t find the store and no one would answer, so I called the North Lauderdale store and she gave me directions no problem(really sweet girl). I went in the store(#332) in Coral Springs at about 5:00 on a Wednesday or Thursday I think. A soon as I walked in I looked through the book found what I wanted and waited about 10 min for the woman to come up front and was greeted with a huff and a puff like she had no desire to take my order.(by the way, as I’m ordering the phone keeps ringing and ringing and she does not answer the phone at all) I picked out the chocolate covered strawberries with nuts on them. The small 12 – 18 one, I showed her the picture and said I want the 45 $ one with this vase. As she asked my name(which was spelled wrong) she got upset when it came to writing a little memo on the card(only 5 words) «I love you berry much». I asked about delivery and if you have time frames, she snapped at me and said no we don’t have times frames we just get extra drivers and go. So at that point I was getting frustrated at how she would snap and huff and puff every time I would ask a question. I said never mind I will pick it up, God forbid I asked how early I could pick it up, so I said I will be here at 11. I paid and left. Sunday Morning I got an early start and thought I would see if I can pick up my berries about an hour to ½ earlier. Called the store, no answer, I figured, So I called the North Lauderdale store, she answered on the first ring and she said she was not sure but that her store made them early in case anyone wanted to come early,(silly me for thinking this store would do the same). I called the Coral Springs store again and again and again, about after 6 times of calling someone finally answered, as soon as I asked to pick up early she immediately snapped no no no no you cannot and she hung up on me. I waited till about 10:30 to pick up the arrangement walked in with about 5 more people standing there looking extremely upset. The girl next to me said she ordered 100 $ worth and it never showed up and her house which was scheduled for the day before Mother’s Day, the woman’s response was a huff and a puff and I don’t know. The other woman said she had a 10am pick up and she has been waiting for 45 min. Another man with his daughter said it was his first and LAST time he would ever come to this store and I will 100% agree with him. One woman came in got her order on time but asked for a white vase for a wedding she was attending and she received a brown one, the woman’s response was we don’t have white ones. I got my berries in a totally different vase I had ordered. I want to say this is the worst experience, I will never ever spend 50 $ on strawberries and be treated the way I was, this is the last time I go to the store and hope you find some way to help me and this store out. I work for the city newspaper and was so excited to put an article about my Mothers Day and all that went on but this frustrated me so much that I decided not to. I have realized I am not the only one who has had problems with this store when I went in and I’m being 100% honest I have never dealt with someone so rude to me than this woman at this store. I really do hope to hear back from you because I spent way too much on what got in return.

I was initially skeptical about ordering from this location because of the awful reviews previously written. However, I ordered anyway a simple arrangement for my mothers birthday to be delivered to her office. I was pleasantly notified that my mother had received her fruit arrangement by 1 pm on the designated day of delivery. She seemed very happy with her gift –in turn makes me a happy customer. The only thing that I would have changed is the how the ballon I ordered as an extra was delivered. The ballon came loose, not attached to the fruit arrangement or the pot the fruit sat in. So after being delivered the ballon was on the ceiling of her office since it had nothing to hold it down. I think the company could do better than that for a $ 6.00 ballon. All in all I’m satisfied with this purchase!

I placed an order for Mom birthday on Friday 2÷1÷13, to be picked up on 2÷5÷13, the store was suppose to be open until 7pm, they called to say that they where closing at 5:30 and they would leave the order at Starbucks, how unprofessional is that… needless to say they never even left the order, so now I’m out of my money and no gift for my Mothers birthday. I will never order nothing from this place again and I will make sure to tell everyone that I come in contact with not to order from this place ever again. Mad as Hell… I want my money back.

I ordered a nice arrangements for my BFF to be delivered on MOnday 02÷13÷12 it was never delievered on monday or on Vday… We never got a phone call. When I called Customer serivce they said it was the responisbilty of the franchise owner to make it right. THEYNEVERANSWEREDTHEPHONE so I couldnt have them make it right… ITRANGANDTHENDISCONNECTED. So obviously they knew they had some pretty angry customers. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. TOTALLYRUDEANDTHOUGHTLESS. Didnt even have the experience to apologize to me. FIRSTRULEOFCUSTOMERSERVICEIS apologize. It will be a cold day in HELL before I ever order from this terrible company again. Well they did that WOW… I am not ever going to order again, ONEANDDONE… I am in corporate sales and CS, They just lost out bigtime… I N MYOPINION.
