I can’t believe that this care center has been given such bad reviews! My two experiences with them were absolutely wonderful. The receptionists Shay and Arlene were both very polite, courteous and helpful. The manager, Shannon Hoffman, was such a great person who truly cares for their patients. She took the time to listen to me and was so understanding of my unfortunate situation. She made me feel so special! But I was blown away by the professionalism of the MRI tech, Yvenel. He did everything in his ability to make the experience as comfortable as possible,(we all know MRIs are not the easiest thing to go through), and as I continuously thanked him, not only was he polite and told me that it’s his job to make the patients feel as comfortable as possible, but this wonderful young man actually said that he treats each patient the way he would want his mother, sister or grandmother to be treated. You don’t hear things like that from many young people these days. I would recommend this location to anyone! They truly are full of compassion and care about their patients. This place is GROSS! Did I mention how dirty the waiting area is? Yeah, it’s that bad. Terribly dirty waiting area and by dirty, I mean filthy. The front office is rude and totally ignore you as you wait at their service window. I scheduled an appointment, got there only to find out I was never even scheduled. How nice. If you have the option to go elsewhere, please do. This place needs a serious makeover.

Filthy, dilapidated waiting area, incredibly rude staff. Slow, impersonal, and an overall horrible experience. I can only hope that the radiologists who interpret the ultrasounds and X-rays are better than the staff.

I have been going here for routine testing for years. I have always had a great experience, from the receptionist, to all of the techs. Today I went for my yearly mammogram. I was out the door in about 50 minutes, pretty standard time for a medical appointment in South Florida.

Zero stars. I call to see if they have an appointment. Reception transfers my call to appt dept. Phone rings 20 — 30 X. I call back, again reception transfers me. This time phone rings 30 — 40 X, soooo, I drive over there. Two females assigned to the task in an office. I didn’t see any unusual abundance of work or phone calls going on. I think they both took a break at the same time and just refused to take calls. I asked to have a test done that was approved by my insurance. InMed had the referral and Rx in hand. They call the tech but she refuses to take me even though she has no one she is testing at the time. Her next patient is enroute, but my test could have been done in 60 seconds. They tell me I should have made an appt, not just come in. THEYSHOULDHAVEANSWEREDTHEPHONE!
