Their clothes looked really cute to wear to work, but I could not find not one thing in the store less than a size six except for one dress in petites.)= So, if you’re tall and thin you will strike out here.

I love LOFT clothes. I have never bought anything here that I didn’t love. And this storeos really nice/clean.That is not the issue. I am tired of the «sales» the stores have. You can go to two different stores and be told two different things. I have recently read the LOFT Facebook page and I see that I am not alone. You earn gift cards/coupons that are good for a certain amount of time but then are unusable because now the items are on sale and the promotion does not apply. Calling customer service does not help either, calls are placed on hold for over 30 minutes.
