No quality control of their employees. And they do not feel they are responsible for property damage done by their employees, even when you talk to the management. Very risky to use their services.

They haven’t started on the repairs yet, but great customer service and very considerate of their potential customers. The pool pump in my triplex was smoking on a weekend and I put in a request to maintenance. I received a call back after normal business hours from the owners of Mr Pool giving me instructions on how to make sure everything was shut off and safe, then they assured me they’d be out soon to check it out. Just as I was wondering what was going on, I received a call from Stephanie letting me know that they will be repairing our pool. I appreciate them keeping me in the loop and being considerate of the residents in this complex. I’ll get back and let everyone know how the repairs go, I’m just a sucker for EXCELLENT customer service!
