the owner and his family are very rude. Not interested in helping you at all. Condicendiing and arrogant Woman walks up to customers with cell phone in hand texting away and makes it sound like you interrupted her. We had planned on spending a nice bundle looking for custom cushions and other items but if we were not worth their time, they are not worth my money. 2÷19÷2016

Huge selection. Great family owned company. Ive been a South Florida resident for a long time and this is the only place to buy quality furniture that can take the South Florida weather. Knowledgeable sales staff and delivery arrived as scheduled.

I do not recommend going in this store if you are sensitive to fragrances. The whole store REEKS of a very strong fragrance, it’s not just in the entrance.
They do have a nice selection, which is why I didn’t rate with only one star. This place has a great appeal from the outside & window front, however to my surprise no one greeted me at the door. In fact, I couldn’t even find a store employee on the whole floor– and I was looking for their help. After a few minutes, one of the back office ladies decided to come out and introduce herself. By then the first impression was already over & it wasn’t favorable.
The overwhelming fragrance, combined with the lack of help, is why I cannot recommend this business.

Don’t waste your time on this store! We have never experienced such poor customer service. We drove 40 minutes and got to the store at 5.00 pm planning to shop until 5.30 which is the official closing time. The owner rushed us and literally kicked us out at 5.15. We were planning on planning on spending over $ 2000. Will never come back!
