Coming to this University Drive at WESTVIEWDRIVE Payless store(in the Target strip mall) always depresses me. I tried to give it another try today after a long boycott AND the same exact fiasco happened as happened to me the last time I TRIED to shop there. That is to say I picked out my merchandise, patiently waited in line as someone was ahead of me yet when it was my turn to be serviced(if you can call it Customer Service) a woman who had come into the store while I was waiting in line and who was pushing a baby in a baby buggy circled around(that is to say she made a sharp u-turn at the Cash Register and attempted to wedge her stroller in between me and the register but I was too fast for her as I saw the writing on the wall(from last time I was at this location/experience gained at this ghetto store) and I managed to advance to the Register, place my item on the counter, and start to talk to the employee behind the counter only to have the employee walk away from me when I was in mid-sentence to go meet the bully shopper at a Second Register to «take» her before me. Of course, I immediately left and am officially done with this PL branch. If you are a professional who shops in the Coral Springs area I would suggest you skip this branch store.
