Pizza Hut

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza at 7:30pm tonight and around 8:45pm it still wasn’t delivered. I called and whoever answered said that it was late due to the rain and should be delivered within the next 10mins. 30mins past and it still was not delivered so we called again. This time the phone was given to who was said to be the manager. He did not know how to deal with the situation and said the pizza was attempted to be delivered but my the driver could not find my house and took the pizza back to the store. Like really??? They obviously don’t know how to use the contact information they were given. I don’t suggest anyone ordering from this location.

Terrible service! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a medium pizza with bread sticks for my kids and 2 hours later it still wasn’t delivered even though I kept getting told it was on the way.

Horrible. Pizza was cold not even 5 minutes after receiving it. Not to mention they forgot three items (this isn’t the first time) and the delivery guy told me I had to call the store and figure out what to do. I called them and they said I could either get a credit or wait 30 minutes for the item to be delivered when another one was in route. Horrible customer service. I know it’s not the drivers fault but come on! I work in the food industry, check your orders before they go out! I have people to feed and now I have to wait 30 min or more before the rest of the food gets here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE, I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE JOBS. The owner of this place needs to know what idiots he has working for him. I ordered two pies on Griday night 2÷5÷16 at 6pm. The girl who took my order barely spoke proper English and when I asked her if the pies I ordered were deep dish she kept repeating to me that I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni. I asked her a third time if the pies I ordered were deep dish and she replied I don’t understand what you mean. I finally gave up and said okay fine what is the total and how long. She told me that it would be 40 to 60 minutes. 2 hours later I had to call because they had not arrived yet. The same young lady answered the phone and took my phone number which I had given to her when I placed the order. She told me there was no phone number in the system and that there was no order under my phone number. I asked her to look it up by my address or name. To my complete surprise she said she could not do that only by phone number. She went on to tell me that I must not have placed an order with them so I asked to speak to a manager. Reluctantly and with attitude she put me on hold, 10 minutes later hey young man finally got on the phone and said he was the manager. I explained to him the situation and he to said there was no phone number in the system and that was the only way to look it up. He went on to her again accused me with the claim that if I had made an order with them there would have been a phone number in the system. I explained to him that the woman who took my order must have taken the wrong phone number or simply not had completed the order in the system. Ever believe anyone would be at this point I was very aggravated and using a strong tone to my voice the manager literally hung up on me. Meanwhile it is now 830 and my family including a two and a half year old who has been bugging me for pizza all day long are starving and will now have to either order another pizza from somewhere else or or settle for piecing together a meal from leftovers in the fridge. Thank you very much pizza hut for absolutely nothing I would never order from you again and I would highly advise no one to order from you.

I wish i could put no stars. Pizza Hut is slowly going down the drain. I placed an order for 48 non breaded bone in wings extra hot. I received it an hour later. After I paid and tipped the driver I took the order to my kitchen to find out I received breaded wings. I hate breaded wings. I called the shop and the girl who answered said my order was taken by the call center which is probably why the order was incorrect. She said she can send out the correct order but I just have to give back the wrong order which I said is fine because I hate breaded wings. She said she will try to put it out on the next delivery that goes out since the wait is 1 hr and 20 mins. An hr later and I still haven’t received my order. I should not have to wait over 2 hrs for an order that they messed up on. No longer going to order from pizza Hut. Customer service sucks.

I ordered online for my son’s birthday party. I have to say they came right on time. The pizza was hot and delicious. I will definitely order from them again.

The delivery was quick and the price was ok but the food was really bad. I usually love Pizza Hut so I was a bit disappointed I ordered the pretzel stuffed crust and it was just way to salty. Would not recommend.

Every now and again I like to enjoy pizza and my family usually prefers Pizza Hut over the other major chains. I have been going to this place for years. Customer service is great, but the order always seems to have something wrong with it. For example, I dont like my pizzas to be sliced and I specifically tell them over the phone. They seem to miss that so I order online and write it in the special requests box and they still slice it. Its also happened that they forget toppings and sometimes you end up getting cold pizza. I like Pizza Hut and this is my closest option. I just wish the food was as good as the service.

2 hour wait… Really? I’ve had friends who worked at pizza before. All they do is pre-​make most of their pizza’s to save time so I don’t understand what’s wrong with this one…

My husband has been eating at this pizza hut since he was a little boy. This location has been here forever and a day. In terms of pizza chains, pizza hut is my third favorite so I really don’t eat here often. One thing I do miss is the actual pizza hut restaurants with the salad bar. What happened to those restaurants??? I don’t know if it’s me or what but the pizza at the actual restaurants taste way better than their take out locations.
This location is open late so if you’re craving pizza and no one else is open order from here.

First of all, the air condition doesn’t work at this place. But the employees are cordial and professional. I do carry out from this location. Their pizza is consistent in the quality.
I usually order veggie lover and today in addition I tried the ultimate cheese lover pizza.
Pizza Hut has different promotions and deals online which help with the price.
Good pizza and cricket watching combination at home.

Among most of the chain pizza restaurants, one of my favorite guilty pleasures to order here is their deep dish pizza with bread sticks! Only once has this location let us down on stale bread sticks. But the other 4 – 5 times has been great. The staff is fully filled every time I go in, they are friendly and very quick!
So if you like the pizza hut flavors, this is a safe take out location to order from. Happy pizza eating…
