This place has the worst customer service ever. When I called to place my order I was told no more than one hour. I called them after an hour and a half and they said it was on the way. 25 minutes later when my food still had not arrived I called them. the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager. A man then got on the phone and was even ruder. He was yelling at me as if I did something wrong when waiting almost 2 hours for my food. No wonder why his staff was rude. No one should ever order from this place in less you want your pizza for dinner and you order it at lunchtime

This place is great! Their pizza is top notch!!!
The wait staff is great!
If you make reservation ahead of time, you don’t even have to wait.
We did have the chicken parm which was pretty good, wish it was more crispy.
I would definitely recommend this place!

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I have had dinner at Pizza Time on numerous occasions as such when thinking about delivery I decided to give Pizza Time a call.
This was the first and last time I ever order takeout from Pizza Time.
In an extreme opposite direction from the service and quality of food I get when dining in, my meal was luke warm and the large calamari order was wet from what seems sitting around waiting to be delivered. To top it off they forgot the marinara sauce for the calamari.
Called and explained what had happened and I got a well you’re going to have a long wait to receive a replacement order since we’re very busy.
This is a textbook example of poor customer service.
Again, very disappointed, do not order delivery from Pizza Time.
Plus 2 stars, because if you are dining in, it’s fantastic.
Minus 2 stars for the state of the delivered food and minus 1 more for the bad customer service when being given the opportunity to make something wrong, right.

Real New York Italian food. Great food. Great service. Go for the stromboli! Prices are very reasonable and the portions are way too big. Doggie bags for everyone. Would love to know where in New York the owners came from. Great job!

Really great margherita pizza. I ordered the tortellini with vodka sauce. Really delicious. Huge portions for everyone. Only complaint was the service was super slow the night we went and the décor is a bit out of date. Otherwise, great spot for pizza and italian food in Florida!

I grew up on Pizza Time. It’s truly a Coral Springs landmark and one of the many gems of the city. Since moving from South FL I do think about eating a fresh tomato pizza… well, I love coming back when I visit!
THE GOOD…
–fresh tomato pizza is the greatest
–service has always been courteous and attentive
–garlic rolls are good
–place has kept mostly the same over the years
–easy to park

THE BAD…

Overall, I love Pizza Time. The fresh tomato pizza has been my go-​to ever since I had it in the early 90s. I really haven’t experimented with ordering new stuff and quite frankly I don’t want to. That pizza is all I need. I always make an effort to hit up Pizza Time when I’m back in town.

Best pizza place in Coral Springs-​Parkland area. Only competitor is Pepperoni Grill, but Pizza Time has a slight edge.

Very good take on classic dishes and very good size portions. Also, very neat Italian old school villa theme.

Update: ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery. Was quoted 40 – 60 minutes. Turned out closer to 80 minutes. Although later than what was promised the pizza were hot and the guy delivering them was friendly. This is the first time ordering pizza from here. Not a fan. Got a large pie — half pepperoni and a Hawaiian pizza. Both pies were pretty thick and doughy. The pepperoni was a bit greasy — yeah yeah, pepperoni is greasy but this was more so.
I won’t be going back here for pizza. However I’m still hopeful about there other selections.

Our family has been enjoying their great food for over 10 years now. The portion sizes are great and the quality is right on.

Service Service Service. I don’t care whether you are oh pick up or sit down a regular or not!
I will never go back! I don’t care if the food is awesome! Done! Easy enough! Too many great places to eat!

This update is in response to the message from JR, who is the manager of Pizza Time. His response is not completely factual, as he admitted both days that there was a problem with his website. If you, as a business owner, elect to offer online ordering and your online ordering system isn’t working, you’re losing a certain amount of business. People will move on to the next available establishment. Instead of being grateful for me reporting this problem twice, I’m told not to order from there anymore, which I hadn’t planned on doing anymore anyway. Matter of fact, I will be sure to tell anybody and everybody I know about the rude and callous reaction from the so called manager of Pizza Time. I guess once a restaurant experiences a certain degree of success, they feel that they can treat people with disrespect and get away with it. Word gets around, especially in this age of social media. I’ll be spreading all the bad words that I can about Pizza Time and it’s arrogant manager.

Excellent pizza at this little pizza joint in Coral Springs. I love their unique pizzas, including but not limited to their mashed potato pizza! This pizza has a thick dough covered in mashed potato, bacon bits, and cheese. It’ll either sound appetizing or disgusting to people, but if you like mashed potatoes, it’s a must order. A small order runs about $ 12 and you can’t really eat more than two or three slices, leaving leftovers for at least two to three meals (there’s 6 huge slices)
Their portions are large and filling, and they’re quick to make their food. Definitely worth a try when you’re in the area!

I have been going to Pizza Time for the last 28 yrs. Since they have changed ownership it has been mediocre at best. But as a loyal customer I have always stuck with their restaurant. Well tonight is the
last straw. I ordered a Sicilian Pizza for delivery. The girl at the other end of the phone put me on hold at least 3 times. When she finally took my order I said for delivery and she repeated my address. She said it would be 35 minutes, I thought it was a short time but what the heck. After 60 minutes I called them and asked where the pie was. They first couldn’t find my order and finally after 5 minutes they found it and said it was for pick up. I stated no it wasn’t and she gave me an argument. They said the pizza will be delivered in 10 minutes. I said I hope it won’t be cold. They said oh no we’ll put it back in the oven. Well guess what it came cold. I called the manager Joe, an extremely rude and nasty manager/​owner. I told him I’ve been ordering from Pizza Time for 28yrs. He said what is your phone number. I gave it to him and he said oh no you’ve only ordered twice. I laughed and said you must be kidding. In any case what does how many times I ordered pizza from you this time you made a major mistake I’m the customer and please rectify the bad quality pizza. I had 2 toppings added and let me tell you you had to use a magnifying glass yo find the toppings. It cost me $ 26.00 for a cold tasteless awful pizza. The manager Joe pretty much too bad, if you want your money back come get it and said don’t ever call them again. Then hung up! I used to recommend Pizza Time and have taken large groups and parties there, never again. Like I said since they changed owners the place has gone downhill drastically. Don’t waste you’re money on an overpriced bad pizza place. You’ll be sorry you did.

I reviewed Pizza Time over a year ago and gave them four stars. The food is still pretty solid but the dining room leaves a lot to be desired. With that being said, I am dropping one star. A restaurant dining room shouldn’t be depressing and stressful.
The dining room needs a major makeover. Not only is it still outdated but it’s sad looking. The young servers also double as bartenders and the drinks are not good. About seven months ago my family came here for a nice dinner. My dad ordered a fairly simple drink and it took our server/​bartender two times to even come close. My dad gave up and just drank his drink but he was far from pleased with the taste. My girlfriends and I came here about two months ago for dinner. We all ordered a cocktail and all four drinks were poorly executed.
The service has been subpar to say the least. I waitressed for a lot of years when I was younger so I have a lot of patience with servers. But on a slow weeknight when the dining room only has four tables seated, I expect good service. Chasing our waiter down for silverware, water refills and garlic rolls is unacceptable. Maybe I wouldn’t have been so annoyed if our waiter was at least making an effort instead of joking around with his co-​workers. Do you know how frustrating it is to have a delicious looking salad in front of you but not have a fork to eat it with? If I just want to grab a quick lunch (pizza or sub) I just order at the counter and eat at one of the three or four tables they have in front of the restaurant. The girls at the counter and register are very friendly. These girls work hard too. Answering the phones to take orders, helping customers picking up their orders and helping walk in customers is not easy especially on a busy day. These girls are always polite, friendly and just very nice!
The specialty pies are wonderful. My favorites are the Grandma’s and the Margherita pies. I ask for extra sauce on my slice and they cut the slice in half. One slice is easily enough for two people to share. Well maybe not two men but for me one slice of Grandma’s pizza is enough for two meals.
The subs are all great. I love the chicken and eggplant parmesan but my favorite is the meatball. They make the most delicious meatballs. One time I didn’t like them but in all fairness I was very sick and nothing tasted good to me. I am very picky about meatballs because I think I make them the best (I really do) but Pizza Time does an awesome meatball. On many occasions I have just ordered a side order (3 large meatballs) and had that as my dinner. Yummy.
They make delicious pinwheels. The pepperoni is very good but the spinach pinwheel is outrageous. Copious amounts of cheese (feta & mozzarella) and fresh spinach all wrapped up in their tasty dough is nothing but spectacular. They serve the pinwheels with sauce but honestly they are great without the sauce too.
I have had food delivered to my house several times. I have never had any delivery issues. My food has always arrived hot and within a reasonable amount of time. I wouldn’t recommend any of the seafood dishes anymore but I enjoy everything else. Since eating in the dining room frustrates me with the poor service and depressing atmosphere, I highly recommend doing takeout.
The prices are fair for what you get. The subs are huge and loaded with deliciousness. They do not skimp on any of the fillings and the dinner entrees are large enough to share. If they modernized the dining room and hired more efficient servers I would give them extra stars.

Let me first say that I love Pizza Time. Best pizza in Coral Springs/​Parkland area. Awesome Eggplant Parm. I don’t mind spending the extra money for the quality that they put out.
What I am going to complain about is the fact that they have the audacity to charge $ 6 for French fries and HUNTS ketchup. HUNTS? Are you serious? I could have gotten the same amount of fries in a Large order from McDonalds and they would have been better. Then on top of them being super thin (zero chance for them to come back home even warm), you give me Hunts ketchup. Use some Heinz man, show you have some class. I know Heinz packets must cost you another half a penny more but I figured since I was getting kicked in balls for $ 6 fries, I’d at least get to use the ketchup I use at home. Guess not. Major fail on this item.
Suggestion: tell your sales rep to send you some Steak Cut fries and some Heinz ketchup.
