I was afraid of a dentist all my life. From a time I called until doctor fix my tooth I felt that everybody cares about me not what my insurance covers.
Dr Ripa the most gentle doctor I have ever met. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

I would give NO stars if I could! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! He tried to charge my husband for extra an cleaning because according to this dentist, a normal cleaning is «just a basic polish.» He continued to try to push a very expensive «dental plan» for my husband who has perfectly healthy teeth and does not need any kind of plan… just his 6^th month cleaning!!! To top this off, he repeatedly asked my husband what he did for a living! Why? Could it be to ascertain how much money we have, so he could suggest a more expensive plan? That is how we felt! This dentist is a scam artist!

The office is clean and chic looking. The front desk girls were pleasant. The nurse who did my x-​rays was very nice and professional. The doctor came in and asked what I was in for and I said annual visit and cleaning. He gave me some advice on the dental work I needed but didn’t force me into getting the $ 1,380 dental treatment plan he suggested. That’s good cause some dentists try to persuade you into unnecessary work. However, I went in expecting a cleaning and that was the appointment I made when I spoke with the receptionist. Under the assumption of a cleaning appointment, I waited and waited. They play a nice DVD for you while you wait and after twenty minutes being by myself, I was told by another employee that I would not be getting the cleaning today because the hygienist isn’t in. I felt very confused cause I was not told that wasn’t included in my appointment. I had my time wasted. I had to reschedule to come in another day for the cleaning I was scheduled for this time around. So now I have to leave early from work again to compensate. Not acceptable for clarification standards. Will review again once actual cleanings and procedures have been done…
