Publix Super Markets

Publix does EVERYTHING right. They have the best employees, who are always kind, and always helpful. They have great BOGO deals, and of course the deli is famous for peerless subs and various deli items that you could ever want.

Since I have already provided a «5 star» review for this location… I am adding another 5 to make it a 10! This review is for Online Ordering at the Deli… which is my newest and most favorite way to shop. I can’t say enough about online ordering… and how this location has never messed up anything that I have ordered… ever! To put them to the test, I have ordered from ‘the other’ Publix down the street which consistently messes up… and the one near my work… that ALWAYS messes up. It’s super annoying when your online order is messed up or worse — LATE — when you go to pick it up. This never happens at the Lakeview Publix. They have it ready on time and it is fresh to go — not like it sits around in the case all day. This is totally the way to go to order subs on game day — fresh and ready when you need it.

Customer service: the best service of any grocery location I have been to.
Staff – sweet, courteous, knowledgeable. Most of the time publix baggers or store clerks at other locations don’t ask you anymore if you need assistance bringing your items out to the car, how your day is going, or if you need help finding anything. These are all superficial points– but definitely contribute to a more personal shopping experience. Old fashioned publix values still exist here.
Location: Situated right in the heart of Lakeview Center. Easy to locate in West Coral Springs. In the Plaza is a gym, att retailer, pizza place, Chinese takeout. the usual suburbanite hub.
There’s a surplus of parking spaces.
Deli: my home girls at the deli. There’s always some sort of line for the publix subs but this location staffs multiple sandwich makers to cater the volumes of people.
Produce: fresh, varied, and clean. The usual Publix prices but at the very least fruits and vegetables look appetizing.
Cold beer selection is decent!

I feel that this product is a great location and their deli is immaculate they are very clean very nice people. Everyone here goes out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need. I came here one time with a recipe list to make dinner and was helped by the store manager as she walked me around the store to get every single item on the list.

We had a birthday party for our son who was turning 1. We called a head to order a cake and when we picked it up they also provided us with a «smash» cake at no charge. Nice touch, well played bakery, well played.

I love this publix… They have the best customer service. All the managers are so welcoming with customers and the staff truly gets to know their regular customers. Store is always fully stocked and I never have a problem finding something I need. I cook lots of different food so finding what I need and not having to drive around from store to store is great. Always recommend!

I love Publix, especially this one. However the deli staff ALWAYS complains when I order Virginia ham because apparently it’s messy to slice. How about doing your job without making your customer feel guilty for ordering what they like? Go complain to Boar’s Head, not me.

Normally this Publix is great however any time I order online from the deli I always have to wait around because they don’t start my order until I have arrived. What is the point of online ordering if I have to wait anyway? I don’t know if it’s the ordering system or the employees but I order online for a reason…

I love this Publix! They have great customer service. They take competitor’s coupons. There are plenty of parking spaces. No complains here.

I stay true to my previous review because I do wish they didn’t pre-​package their vegetables, however THIS PARTICULAR PUBLIX has the BEST customer service of any Publix I have ever been to.
There is nothing sweeter than coming in to grocery shop and see all these wonderful familiar faces who are eager to talk to you and help you out.
Keep it up Publix, you’ve got a GREAT staff!
