I don’t know if this place is better than any of the others, but I do know that I come here every morning feeling of cheers. Not only does the barista know my name, but she knows what I ordered. And they have plenty of seating. Even though I feel like a yuppy when I’m here, the coffee is good and the environment is well thought out.

I love Starbucks, but this shop in particular was overly slow and unfriendly. The staff was complaining about how tired they were and «haven’t had a break from the floor» as there was a line out the door of people waiting to order.

It’s Starbucks. You know exactly what everything will taste like and that’s the best part. Great energy here, the baristas know how to make the drinks. Bathroom is clean and not gross.

Never coming back to this Starbucks. Never had I gotten such crappy customer service, one employee gave me the nastiest attitude after I asked her to correct my order. Not to mention my frapp was more like an iced coffee. So disappointed.

Bad start to Mother’s Day, I’m afraid, coming here this morning FIRST OFF to screaming children, then getting cussed at from a guy with his head out the car window who drove by saying, «Hey, Fuck You» as I was enjoying my coffee and dialing my mum from my cellular telephone. Then a woman comes out of Starbucks cussing (about something that happened in Starbucks?) and I sat there and uttered aloud, «Oh, Gosh.» Next thing I know she’s yelling at me «You GOT A PROBLEM?» Mortified, I said «It’s Mother’s Day and your talking to me like that?» She cursed at me some more, told her adult son (?) on me, I said, «you two should leave» and he goes, «You can kiss my ass happy Mother’s Day to you.» Then two more of their female friends came out from inside and heard the older woman’s version of events and three of them called me a «bitch» and a «Biatch.» The drink was fine. Horrible experience though.

The Starbucks here on N University serves me a couple of purposes.
1. It’s typically the place where I meet people for a first date. It has a decent amount of seating, especially outdoors, so you can grab your drink, sit outside and get to the know the person who I’m probably never going to see again. Side note: if I were to review the dates I’ve had here, the rating would be much lower.
2. It’s an amazing spot to people watch. This plaza is quite busy and is full of a huge amount of characters. It’s easy to fall into the trap of staring for hours as people go by.
In addition to all of this, the staff is very friendly. In true Starbucks form, the drinks taste the same as any other location– whether that’s good or bad for you, I’ll let you be the judge. The location is clean and their little food area is always stocked.
And you know what? A good cup of coffee trumps a few bad dates anyway.

I can’t stand coming to this Starbucks. The people are rude who work here. No smiles, no hello how are you. If u have to go to bucks in springs… Don’t go here

This Starbucks is great! On top of being extremely hot, all the baristas are friendly and amazing! And whatever person said something about a barista going outside to pet a dog… It was probably my dog and you’re a b!+€h!

I always get the worst service at this location. I had a free drink coupon and they didn’t honor it. Thankfully I kept it because the location in the Coconut Creek Promenade did. I also remember asking them if they had any toppings for my frappeccino and the barista gave me a very rude «no». I would have expected him to have told me about the spice bar behind me, at the very least.

Busy and bustling all kinds of folks old ones short ones thin ones you name it getting their red cup fix! I read about the cup debate. and I personally love seeing the festive red cup holding a cinnamon chia latte. It’s fall it’s spicy it’s that time of year. My tea was made in seconds very frothy and cinnamony (I made that word up). It tastes almost like cloves and I really love that. And even though it was 150 calories it really hit the spot. I always love chia tea! You have my vote on the red cups too! Love them!

The staff here is very friendly. I come here 6 days a week and all the baristas meet me with a smile every single time. This location is busy, but the staff remains calm and collected as they make every drink coming through the door. I don’t know how they handle all that madness so well! Anyway, my drink has never been wrong and I’ve never had a back experience here. This is my go to Starbucks and it always will be!

It is really just ok. The coffee just doesn’t seem the same as all the other Starbucks I visit. When you ask to warm the food it is either rushed and still cold or they make you wait while they warm other peoples food so that they can bring it all at once (time saver for them but waste of time for me).
Also I am used to asking questions about drinks but when placing my order here it is always rushed.
There is a lot of sitting area both inside and out. The only complaint here is that I wish something would be done about the smoking. The few times I have tried to sit outside I have had to leave or go inside because of it.

This particular Starbucks is slower than usual. Granted, there is always a crowd here, even when the order line is flowing smoothly it seems the barristas are always in a panic.
The food here is as expected, and the drinks are as expected. The service leaves a little to be desired, though. They also beg for tips, which is a major turn-​off for me… plus it makes me want to not tip.
The tables are clean, the bathroom is always occupied, so I have no idea as to its state… I must assume it is both spotless and a disgusting mess… it’s Schrodinger’s Restroom…
I will be back because… coffee…but I make sure I have plenty of time to stay and wait a while for my beverage.

Definitely not the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Suuuupppppeeeerrrrrr sssssssssslllllllllloooooooowwwwwww service and the staff seems overwhelmed and not knowledgable. I was disappointed.
Waited almost 20 min from start to finish and I was the only person in the line. Made my drink wrong a few times with no apology but plenty of attitude. I’ll purchase my expensive caffeine fix elsewhere.

This location of Starbucks is on my radar any time I’m in the Coral Springs area. With plenty of parking, the staff are extremely friendly.
After only two visits to this Starbucks, they remembered my signature drink — a «Bill’s Morning Start. This «Secret Menu» coffee concoction consists of a six-​shot Venti, four-​pump Vanilla, one-​pump Mocha, extra-​hot, extra-​fat, upside down latte.
Regular price is $ 9.53 with tax.
Never rushed out of the store, you can hang out for hours on the free Wi-​Fi. My drink 99% of the time is to go.

In general I like Starbucks. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years and honestly can say O have had one really bad drink in all of that time (it was a fat free frapaccino). Bt at any rate I do love the PSL, Gingerbread Lattes, Cappuccino, Caramel Machiotos and my all time favorite: Iced Chai Tea Latte.
This location is always really busy. Like a long line to the door busy. Usually the line goes fast however sometimes I get stuck waiting for my drink for a while (and once they forgot my breakfast sandwich that I ordered but that’s no big deal, it happens).
