I was so disappointed when I heard my condo association was changing to Swift. I’ve had nothing but headaches with them. They rarely return phone calls or respond to emails. Are often rude on the phone, and just overall a pain to deal with. However, I feel like I have to be nice to them or else it will take even longer to get what I need done. Update — I will say that since I complained to my HOA board, things have been better.

Disorganized, unreliable and the owner showed up at a board meeting drunk and used profanity toward the board members. It was so bad our attorney got us out of the contract pro bono after seeing what was going on.

The worst property management company I have worked with in over 12 years. They are completely unorganized and zero customer service. After calling to follow up regarding invoices that were over 3 months old I was talked to like a piece of S*** and then hung up on. They insisted that I never sent over invoices for payment and then when I proved I did they told me they were paid a month prior. How could they have been paid a month ago when yesterday you said you never received them. They can’t own up to their mistakes and hang up on you when they are wrong. Horrible company… stay away.

THE worst management company EVERRR. I wanted to give them zero stars, but I couldn’t. Customer service is definitely lacking. They treat you like poop. Stay away form Charles Brown. He claims he knows his stuff and defends it with the amount of years he’s been working with whatever position he supposedly got fired for, but he is nothing but a cocky, misinformed employee who adds on to this disgraceful company. Make sure you know what company you will be getting yourself involved in and make sure it is not this one. You will be wasting your money on them.
