I went in thinking that the whole process of switching from ATT was going to be a nightmare. Elyas was great. Even though it was very busy because of the iPhone 6 launch the process was smooth and all the employees were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S5 a few days ago from Elyas, who was very good. The camera was defective and went to exchange it today May 27, 2014. I worked with Rafael and trusted him to transfer all the data, contacts, especially pictures. Upon returning home discovered all 2000 pictures, GONE, LOST. This is not acceptable. This location does not take the time to attend to a customer who’s been with T-Mobile for 12 years.
