The Best Air Conditioning Co.

I had Best Air Conditioning replace my entire air conditioning system in our 1600 foot condo in November 2010. Part of the agreement was to offer us a two year agreement to repair any of our kitchen appliances.
Well we did not use the A.C. from November till May when we took an extended trip for many months away from our condo. We came back to find that the unit rarely worked because the way the drain piping was done the system went off on safety and it took a day for the unit to drain. It took them 3 tries to fix the problem when we returned in October. Every time I talked to anyone over there (it is a small company) they would have to ask Ray the owner. When he would come on the phone he was as nasty as could be and everything was our fault. His wife was no better.
When we came back this Fall the refrigerator did not work properly. Ray begrudgingly sent over a service man from a refrigerator company who changed a part and told me that if the noise happened again that the compressor would have to be replaced. When the noise came back again in less than a week, I called and got to talk to Ray after two days wait. He basically told me to go to hell and that my appliances were old pieces of crap and he had lost enough money on the deal.
There is still two days to go on the two year deal but Mr. Ray wants no part of the agreement.
Stay as far away from these unreliable people as you can.
I plan to take them to small claims court.
