I absolutely love this place and have been coming here for years but I was so upset with this girl’s lackadaisical, don’t give a care, just want to get through this shift so I can look at myself in a mirror and cry attitude. She was obnoxiously rude and all I did was order the same thing I’ve ordered for the past three years here. There was additional options that were recently added and instead of kindly telling me about it she gave me a what do you want attitude. I would love to never come here again but like I said I really enjoy this place. Instead, I recommend anyone who knows of a good etiquette teacher to please help this girl out. She’s a real nasty person

I have to give this place 3 stars because the food was very good. As for the employees practices, 0 stars. If I’ve said it once I will say again. If YOU are going to have an open kitchen concept then make sure you practice all food safety policies. Because I was able to see everything, we will not be returning even thought the food was good. Sorry, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area.

Went here to use a Groupon that expired. The sandwiches are pretty good. Didn’t have any cheese but wish I had. I would steer clear of the wine selections, though, because they are pretty bad. I’ve found better at Walgreens.

What a terrible experience. I tried ordering a cheese basket for Mother’s Day and placed my order with the delivery person, Sheila. Sheila explained she would have to double check the delivery fee. This was four days before Mother’s Day. After not hearing back from her the next day, we called and asked for her to call us back. The next day, SAMETHING… No call back and so we called again and left a message. NOTHING. We even spoke to the manager Brandy who promised someone was going to get back to us that day, STILLNOCALL. What kind of business is this? What kind of staff works here? Is the owner aware of how bad they treat new business?

The wait was ridiculously long or they just forgot about me. Either one, my patience was gone after waiting 34 minutes for a bowl of soup and a sandwich. Like get it together! It was not even busy when I came in. They served 3 people that came after me before me. If I didn’t ask when will I get my food I think they would have never brought it to me. The food is not worth the wait. I rather Panera bread

I have to say I was expecting something completely different than what it is. In my mind I had pictures a nicer restaurant with a beautiful selection of cheeses and wines. But what I got was a Panera with some cheese in a cold case and a couple of generic bottles of wine. Very disappointing. As a result, I didn’t even try any of the unappetizing cheese or wine. The best bet was to go for a sandwich and soup combo. The sandwich was marginal, as was the soup. Not likely to be back here or any of their locations.

4÷24÷16− Ordered the half salad and soup $ 9.99 Salad was the goat cheese, cranberry salad(no dressing) and tomato bisque. The greens were in the process of wilting, they were black on the ends. The tomato bisque tasted like old fashioned canned Ravioli sauce. Needless to say, I did not finish my meal. Best part was the 3 pieces of bread on the side. Will stay away!

Passed by this place many times but never went in. Finally my friend purchased a Groupon deal and we had a Ladies night there. The staff was polite but not super attentive. It was our first time and my friend asked a few questions and was given vague answers back. We inquired about a 3 cheese platter and she asked how the cheeses were and the girl simply said there’s 3 and they’re good… Well that didn’t give away any info about the soft cheese or the hard cheese but we took a gamble and went with it. We got a bottle of the house red which was a merlot. Wine was great, glasses were huge and heavy like a chalice. Luckily there was a Midnight Moon in the selection and it happened to be my favorite! I was happy. The other two, one was a goats milk soft cheese and one was a hard cheese like parmesean. We had plenty of voucher credit to spend so we opted for grapes, green apple slices, fig spread, cranberry spread, olive tapenade, candied pecans and it came with bread. The fruit spreads were delicious. The grapes weren’t the most fresh but still good. The apple slices tasted great with the soft cheese. The pecans were stale. The olive tapenade is amazing…

Can’t beat this place when it comes to Thursday’s happy hour deals! Nice, relaxing place to just chill with your favorite people at a reasonable price. My girlfriends with our kids check out this place about every couple of months and we’re always satisfied. Generous pours and great sandwiches and soups. My last visit I had the tomato caprese ½ sandwich with the mushroom Brie soup… yum!

Love this place! Everything is always fresh, flavors are well balanced, and service is great. The prosciutto sandwich is awesome! I also recommend the Saint Angel cheese. So buttery and delicious. This location seemed to have a smaller menu than Weston’s, but the outdoor seating is much better. Will always be a big fan!

Have been popping my head in and out of here everytime I take my daughter to Yogurtland and saying I need to try this place out. Finally, decided to take a sampler home one day and was so disappointed. I ordered the cheese course that comes with bread and fruit. I ended up getting the manchego and gorgonzola and added the green apple slices and caramelized walnuts. Went home and I got salted almonds instead. I love the combination of the tart apples and sweetness from caramelized nuts with gorgonzola or blue cheese so the salted almonds did not complete the balance and was extremely upset. I ran out of honey at home as well(which would have helped) so the cheese is still sitting in my fridge. The fruit that comes with the course are grapes(just grapes) and would have been perfect with the gorgonzola if they weren’t so gross. And they should just state grapes on the menu if that’s all that it comes with if there are no other fruits. I don’t even know if the grapes were washed because they were sort of gritty and just were not fresh. The only thing I enjoyed was the manchego. I am going to eventually give this spot one more try in the future because I love cheese so much and hoping that they just had an off night. Will have to buy the groupon deal for the next visit.

The selection process is a bit confusing. I wish they had more flights recommended and more educational materials for guests. The expectation is that you knew all the cheeses and would be able to make a good selection. The ambiance is very relaxed and clean, but eat in guests should be brought cutlery. I had to use plastics and I observed someone asking for a fork. It was promptly brought out for that guest. I wished I had the mind to ask for one but I had already made do with the plastics. That being said the presentation of my platter was very beautiful with adequate portions of cheese, fruit, chutney and rolls.

Excellent choices but ordering in complicated. The young lady behind the counter should be more knowledgable as to the menu choices so one doesn’t need to repeat«tapenade» FOUR times! If this place was busy, we would have needed to leave for fear of aging in place.

This was my first time at this restaurant. It was a interesting mix of cheese and lunch entrées. The menu was much broader than I had expected and many of the cheeses I had never even heard of. The food was delicious! The price was on the higher end. It is tucked into a corner with nice exterior seating. They offer classes on she’s making and wine tasting. A very good selection of wines as well for an evening visit.

I am a little confused about the one night that discounted house wine was available. My prior understanding from a phone call inquiry I had made to The Cheese Course, as documented in my prior Unilocal review, was that it was always on Wednesdays. My point in my last review– unless I was mistaken about the day then– was that you didn’t need to wait until Wednesday due to a seasonal promotion in effect then. So I walk in to TCC today and when I asked for clarification on the Wednesday wine deal I was told the deal had always been on Thursday and a SIPLYTHURSDAY promo sign is currently on display at this Coral Springs TCC. Good to know. Not sure why I feel like I cannot keep up with what goes on here though.

This restaurant was awesome. I got a $ 50 voucher from Groupon, and spilt it between my boyfriend and I. We got a great amount of food compared to how we would spend $ 30 at another restaurant. 2 beers, 2 wines, a cheese course, 2 sandwiches, 2 cookies and I also took home a jar of fig spread. The food + the customer service, makes this place 5 star. I had the pastrami sandwich, I loved it my boyfriend had roast beef sandwich, he loved that. Definitely worth checking out! Hope you enjoy it, as much as we did.

I love me some bread and cheese! Everything here is delicious, from the sandwiches and soup to the cheese boards. I have yet to try to the salads(but why when I love my bread lol) and brunch, which I heard is also delish. It is a bit on the pricey side, but worth it! Groupon currently has a deal, hence why my boyfriend and I have been visiting frequently lately. The only reason why I knocked off a star is the wait for the food. Sometimes, there’s only 2 people working, which makes the wait understandable. Otherwise, if you love bread and cheese… Try this spot out! There are a few locations throughout South Florida. I’ve been to the Weston location, but it’s pretty small… probably half of the one in Coral Springs. It doesn’t affect the taste though!

I loved this place so much I went again yesterday. I think this will be my new go to for date night. That being said, my one suggestion to management is to find a more organized way to arrange seating. Seating outside is nice but humid, and the fans don’t really cut it. Seating inside is quant but limited, there are a few small tables and one long table. Maybe they are going for the homey eclectic vibe but I’d rather not sit next to people that I didn’t come with, which is what will happen on a crowded night. That being said, I love the food so much that awkward seating arrangements are not enough to deter me from coming.
