Why is it now that we have moved out that you care and want to discuss it but when we lived there and came to you personally you didn’t care or do a thing??? Don’t try to make yourself look good when you are the complete opposite.
Oh and don’t forget get your carpets steam cleaned before the complex professionally steam cleans the carpets???

I rented here between houses two years ago and being faced with the same situation again, I didn’t think twice. Odette is still here working for the company which says a lot. She is met with challenges on a daily basis and sometimes the arrogance and frustration from the tenants can be overbearing. She keeps her cool and has resolved my maintenance issues promptly. Majeeta is very polite and genuine and the maintenance gentleman Al, is friendly and thorough. Of course you’re going to hear garage doors opening, you hear them in a house! I cannot believe some of the ridiculous complaints. Rent goes up, the economy changes.
I highly recommend The Park at Turtle Run and am grateful I was able to get the apartment I wanted during the time i needed. Lisa O’daniel
