Came here to return some att uverse cable boxes. There was no wait no customers in at the time just me. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helped me out with no problem. She took care of me and did awesome job. I highly recommend this place for your shipping needs. I think her name was michaela. So helpful! Thanks and keep up the good work!!!

First time at this UPS location and very happy with the service, is a Saturday I am returning two packages (Amazon) they have two customer service representative; two customers arrived at the same time as me, very fast and friendly service. I will come back

I been here several times returning packages to Amazon. I rarely see more than one attendant at the front desk. Sometimes I’ve come in and out, and sometimes I’ve waited 10 – 15 minutes. It may be the hours I come in; from 6 – 7 but I would think this is when they need the most help. The place is clean and the attendant/s are courteous and helpful, even when swamped.
