Venetian Nail Spa

I have never been more disappointed or annoyed after a pedicure (not even after one place had me waiting for 40 minutes). I had a woman named Lynn and she did a terrible job on my toes. I question if she’s even a trained technician. It was off to a poor start when I told her the massage chair didn’t work and all she said was «oh well» and shrugged her shoulders. Mind you I’m looking across the room at an entire wall of vacant chairs. But we’ll move on to my terrible pedicure.
Some of my nails were cut too short; my pinky toe on one foot looks like the largest nail other than my big toe. I have nails that are cut square shaped and some that are rounded. I have one toe where it’s literally half and half…
My polish is visibly thick in places and thin in others. This is partially due to the fact she got polish all over my cuticles, and had to go back with a brush and acetone to fix every, single toe. She did it multiple times so now my cuticles are dried out. On top of all this, after I looked at my toes I saw that she didn’t remove all the polish from my previous pedicure!
I won’t even hold it against her that she didn’t wrap my legs in the hot towels, left residue from the scrub on my legs, and slammed both my feet while she tried to get my T-​strap sandals on. (Okay that last one I’m annoyed at since the only easier shoe would have been a flipflop.)
TL;DR
My feet look like I did a bad at-​home pedicure job. Go somewhere else if you want some quality or even basic service.

I am so disappointed in my nail job I received today it is absolutely horrible my three-​year-​old could’ve painted my nails better than what I received the place has a nice ambience but that is what your paying for and not the skill of the technician. I paid $ 68 today for a manicure pedicure without any acrylics which I was OK with however when I am not OK with is the amount of polish on my cuticles and skin. Gave them a second try and still dissatisfy I am not willing to give them the third try I thought I’ll guess I’ll be looking for a new nail tech place in coral springs. Everyone have their own opinion but it’s not up to my liking for the price or my time

Super expensive. Go down a couple of blocks for quality service and much less expensive.

$ 35 is too much to pay for acrylics when 3 of them break in one week. It’s a nice setting but the work is not nice. Also. If a customer is not happy with the service the right thing to do is to check your attitude and fix your mistake. Just a top

My husband and I are getting amazing pedicures by Sheraphina and Jenny. What I appreciate most about this place is that they have new packets of tools for each client keeping everything very sanitary. We need one of these in Sarasota, FL!

I had poor and rude service. I was overcharged for services that I specifically did not want. When I asked them about it they were unapologetic and would not correct it. The day after my cuticles were BURNING. Every time I tap my phone I feel the discomfort around my cuticles and tip of my fingers.

Nicole is the best nail tech, she is very friendly and is very precise. I love coming to see her every two weeks.

Worse place ever !! It’s been 4 days now and I’m suppose to be getting a call from the store manager the next day !! I wonder when that will even happen. Worse place ever. And the assistant manager has no use! I think they just assume people can’t afford the place so they don’t give them the best service.

Horrible! I have done my nails here before and they always did an ok job, but today i did not even sit down! Whoever the receptionist is, she is rude and does not know how to talk to people. If i walk in looking comfy, on a Synday afternoon, doesn’t mean i dont have money to pay or i deserve less respect then the lady affront of me. She made me leave the salon. Will not be going back for sure!!!

Seraphina is the best manicurist there! I do gel manicure and regular pedicure.
The front desk is always very polite and they ask if you would like water or wine. Very clean environment and very peaceful.
They also open up brand new tools in front of you so you know everything is clean and sterile.
Great environment. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the upgrades for the pedicures I don’t think are worth the price.

Joy is the best nail tech there. No matter how ragged my nails get she makes them perfect. Joy is a true perfectionist and take pride in her work. I highly recommend the mani-​pedi with her and the gel polish.

My gel manicure was so relaxing that I actually started to doze off. My tech, Angel, was super sweet and very professional, my nails look amazing! Gkad they had same day service and I got the best person there.

Sometimes good. Sometimes just ok. You need to arrive at least an hour before closing or they typically won’t take you.

Stopped in for a last minute mani with my daughter. This was our first experience here and won’t be coming back. The nail tech rushed through the appointment, only had me soak one hand, and my 9-​year-​old paints nails better than he did. He brushed the center and left the edges or corners bare. When I asked for him to fix it he painted my skin and didn’t get all the paint off. I was so frustrated that I asked the girl at the front desk to grab a brush and fix the edges. Highly disappointed.

I have never hated my nails this much before! Thanks Tony for ruining my New Years Eve, now i have to go to another nail salon and have them redone.
I asked for white on white nails. A opaque off white base and a thin bright white tip. I have had this done prior so i know it is possible.
Tony argued with me saying the base cant be opaque because then it wont look right with the white tip… I call bull… He was just too lazy to do the work of it.
He did a very light french shade. I hate french nails. I feel like an 8^th grader. The nail shapes differ as well along with the size of the tip.
This Venetian is trash. The Coconut Creek location is much better & less expensive.
Two deformed looking thumbs down

1^st encounter: I was laying on the table getting my eyebrows done… Hot wax spills on the side of my face! Rather than wiping it off with a lubricant, this woman waxes my skin from temple to jaw bone. Not to mention she waxed unevenly and I’m still waiting for them grow back.
Last encounter: I’m comparing my previous nails to the gel samples because I want the same color as last time. As the tech is applying the polish, I realize it’s not the right color. He stated that «I should have remembered what color I wanted». It was clearly his mistake. He also thought it’d be okay to have me sit there for 7 minutes so he could take a cigarette break in the middle of the service.

Worst manicure I have ever received. Didn’t paint the whole nails sides were missing spots, already chipped and I got them done 8÷20÷15. I regret paying before he was done. I guess what was on the television was more important than the client. I will say I will never go there again and that will be easy since I’m from out of town, I just needed nails done for a wedding I was in.

Nice job but pricey for the services. Mani and pedicure $ 46 is a bit much when other salons give you the scrubs, lotions and hot towels for both hands and feet at $ 35, this place charges us $ 46.
The staff is friendly and diverse. All seem talented and make an effort to have a conversation with you.
They have OPI and Essie products. Walking are okay. Saw a strong steady crowd of regulars too.
