What a dive! This place is beat to hell. I wish I would’ve realized it before I got my yogurt. I chose a plain frozen Greek style which I normally top with fresh fruit but there is no fresh fruit here or anything that seems fresh. None of the toppings are labeled. Most of the toppings are candy or chocolate. No fresh nuts either. The containers the toppings were in seemed dirty. The yogurt tasted icy it was a waste of $ 4. Plus the chairs in this place are all ripped and worn and filthy. Shocking really. I guess this is what happens when you have teenagers hanging here all weekend with zero supervision in the store. Go elsewhere

Absolutely gross inside. The floors were filthy, it smelled, the candy was all mixed up & yogurt was all over the place.

I came here with a few friends on a Friday night. The staff was friendly. but I’m going to say one word. EXPENSIVE. Expensive. Expensive. Expensive. This place WILL rob you. Do yourself the favor of not having your money stolen from you and steer clear of this place at all costs. And to add, the yogurt was icy-watery tasting. So you’re not even getting yogurt worth the BEYONDEXPENSIVE price. Waste of time and money in every way. AVOID.

This is, by far, my favorite self-serve frozen yogurt place in South Florida. I live all the way down in Davie, but my husband and I make it a point to drive up to this location every date night. :) We’ve never had a poor experience here, and we’ve been(very) loyal customers for the past year! The store is always super clean when we come in, and the toppings bar is always full and tidy.(Speaking of which — they have SO many toppings! Much more than some other places I’ve been to.) The staff is really friendly, and will even help you with sampling, offering their favorites and taking care of the messy task of getting the yogurt into those little sample cups — Something I’ve never seen done at other froyo places! They also have a huge selection of candy(great for if you’re on your way into the theater next door!) and make espresso drinks and smoothies!(They even make waffles here, what other froyo place does that?!) My husband and I pass several other self-serve places on my way up here(Menchies, Yogurtland, to name a few), but never think of straying from Yo-Lé. Their yogurt is the best quality, the pricing is good, and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. We’d never think of going anywhere else.

I had a poor experience at Yo-Lé Frozen Yogurt back in 2011 and I gave them a 1-star review. That was the last time that I was in that shopping center since moving to Miami. The new owner reached out to me, asking for me to give them another chance. I obliged and told him that I would remove the review. I would give them another shot the next time I was in Coral Springs. Fast forward nearly two years later and I go to Anthony’s(great pizza, by the way) for dinner in the same shopping center. We went to Yo-Lé for dessert and, needless to say, nothing has changed. Again, it didn’t have a welcoming vibe; it took a couple of minutes to even get greeted or offered sample cups. Still, it’s an oddly dark environment, weird black lighting, dried yogurt stains and filthy countertops… just a mess. The flavor selection was okay, but the toppings didn’t look very fresh or appetizing. As if it couldn’t get any worse, there was a strand of hair sticking out of the chocolate syrup dispenser. When it came time to pay, we had to wait at the register while the employee came out of the back room. She was on her [personal] phone with total disregard for how long the customers have to wait. Nothing has really changed about Yo-Lé since it has been bought out and, apparently, run by new management. It is the same bad experience that I remember; maybe even worse.
