Digital Doc saved me! I shattered my screen and did not want to deal with Apple, and wanted a quick and easy way to fix it. I dropped off my phone and they were able to replace my screen/​make my phone look brand new by the next day!
Considering what you can spend on insurance, buying a new phone, or cutting my finger on the cracked glass, the prices are very reasonable and totally worth it.
After my first experience with Digital Doc, I then realized it’s a great one stop shop as I could bring my Macbook in there to get fixed, as well as my ipad, or any other tech products I have. It’s pretty great you can get your products fixed, and not just go out and buy a new one! They also have a few accessories, which I scooped some new earbuds and a nice slim iphone case. They also buy your old phones from you, pretty cool!
I had a great experience, and the staff was very kind. Anytime I need anything fixed, I’ll be going to Digital Doc!

Do not use them fixed a screen on my granddaughter phone has not worked and they do not honor there work. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE would give less then one star of i could.

Terrible customer service, rude employees, and questionable work. Took a cell phone in to get a new battery, which had to be ordered. They didn’t call when the battery came in– I had to call and find out that it had been in for several days. The actual work was supposed to take 2 hours, but when I went to pick up the phone! I was told they were «having some trouble» getting it to charge and were going to try yet another battery, and to come back in another 2 hours. I picked it up, was told everything looked good, and the work was guaranteed for 90 days. The battery they put in died faster than the one we wanted replaced! Took it back in, was told that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that the phone was «just freaking out because it was old.» (The phone was only a couple years old) I insisted they order a new battery, per their «90 day guarantee,» but now two weeks later, there’s «no record» of it being ordered, or that I had complained. $ 80 down the drain, and a phone that’s in worse shape than when I took it in.

They buy used phone, but it depends who’s at the counter what they offer. Sold my cracked screen IPhone 5c for $ 60. Went back to sell my wife’s IPhone 5c with a good screen and they offered me $ 75. I told them I would pass, and that thought the offer was low. I sold it on Craigslist for $ 175

I went to this place to replace the cracked screen glass of my Galaxy S4 and got the phone ruined. When I picked up the phone, I noticed the lower half of the glass warped up, far above the home button, and nasty glue oozing out from all edges of the glass and around the home button. After I pointed the problems out to the technician, he tried to push down the glass, which cracked right away. The technician told me that the job was done by a new guy and he gave credit to him for even trying. He kept my phone to fix the new problem. A few days later my wife went to pick up the phone and mailed it to me because I was out of town. It was a big disappointment when I opened the package. The phone was as bad as the first time by appearance and when I attempted to recharge it, an over temperature warning showed up and it could not be charged. So after running out of battery, the phone was literally dead. My experience shows me that this place probably lacks skilled technicians and has low quality control standard.

Stay away from this place. Workers are rude, make sure you are aware of all their hidden fees. Some dude grabbed my wife’s laptop right out of her hands and called her names. Very unprofessional, go somewhere else. This place won’t last. They aren’t even a accredited BBB. Here today gone tomorrow

Digital Doc is a real find on the Coralville strip. They replaced the glass on two of my shattered iPhone 4S phones in a few hours. They have a variety of accessories, and will repair practically any phone, tablet, or computer regardless of platform.
