STAY AWAY… This company is a scam. Very persuasive, takes checks only, says he’ll be back in a week with part, never shows up despite numerous promises via email. Will be suing in small claims court

This business is a scam, the other people who wrote reviews must be friends and family, if he has any. This guy is never shows up. He only wants checks and no credit cards. He took my 900.00 and never returned. He never answered phone calls or emails. Please save your money. Please Do NOT use The Heat and appliance crew. I don’t know how this guy lives with himself. I’m so disgusted and disappointed.

Business so beware. They came to look at our broken dishwasher charged us $ 200 to include the visit and parts but never came back to fix it. They scheduled three visits they didn’t show up for and then simply stopped answering phone calls. We will be reporting them to BBB. Please beware!!!
