I had a nice enough stay here, but nothing special. Room was okay. Workout room had treadmills, a stationary bike and I think a few weights. No coffee, water, anything in the lobby. Just not used to a no frills hotel. I guess I never realized this was the case with their courtyards. Will have to keep this in mind the next time I travel!

recently stayed at this Courtyard during a lone vacation to Pennsylvania and was so pleased at the personal attention I received. It turned what could have been a huge disappointment into one of the best vacations I have had. I woke up here the first morning very sick, and needed medical attention. I was immediately taken to the local urgent care(which was not open yet) but then taken to pick up my rental car, given directions on how to get BACK to the urgent care and a card to call the hotel in case I needed help. I was back at the hotel in just over an hour, medication in hand. That night, I went to the lobby for a drink and met«Liz», the delightful waiter on the evening shift who basically does everything. I continued to do this for 5 nights — going out during the day and visiting with her at night — she introduced me to 2 other travelers and I had a grand time. She recommended places to see and things to do and I thoroughly enjoyed the company. The property is dated and in need of redecoration, more staff and some repairs to locks, etc. But this was easily one of my best vacations, as it is close enough to the city for touring, but quiet and pleasant to come back to at night. I have rarely received such genuine concern and attention in a hotel and I would definitely return if given the opportunity! Thank you all!

5 stars! Fast friendly Efficient customer service! The ladies at the front desk, Sereen as I recall, realized our room was small an dark and immediately moved us! No fuse, just great customer service! The hotel is older, yet very clean, well cared for and comfortable! Thank you. Cjp

This hotel is close to Pittsburgh Airport and we stayed here before flying out the next morning to Punta Cana. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport and free parking for your car. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff persons were very accommodating.

Amazing staff, quick checkin, and fast hotel shuttle make this place a lovely choice for a business stay. The beds were very clean and comfortable. I suppose I’ll never understand the standard Marriott room setup, but at least in my room the TV swiveled sufficiently that I was able to watch from bed. Also of note: in the King rooms, you are provided 4 pillows, 2 of which are firm and 2 soft, so whichever you prefer for sleeping, the choice is there. Curtains closed sufficiently to keep out the light so I could sleep better. Everything was remarkably clean upon checkin. I give kudos to the woman who worked the breakfast counter at the bistro, I was courteously greeted and she made sure to give me every amenity, and had the most cheerful smile I’ve ever seen at any of my Marriott stays. The hotel has two floors, so you don’t really need the elevator if you’re not disabled, although one is provided. Keep one thing in mind: If you check into a room with low numbers in the last two digits, you’ll be walking a LOOONNNGG way from the lobby to your room. I was in room 203 and after checking in and climbing the short stairway, I had to go down three long hallways past four sections before I could put my key in the door. It was about as far from everything(ice, elevator, lobby) as the room could possibly be. Thankfully, that didn’t concern me much as I was an able-bodied person on a business trip. But if you want a room closer to the entrance and amenities, ask for a higher-numbered one.
