My mom and I went here per request of a friend that swears by this place and am glad we did. We had Samantha and Stephanie and they were both wonderful. It was relaxing and we both left feeling refreshed.
My only downside to this place was that I could hear a lot going on outside of the room. (People talking, using the microwave, people walking on the floor above)
The prices were great and even better specials; an hour massage and an hour facial for $ 99! I also added hot bamboo which I’ve never had. I enjoyed it.
Overall I would definitely go back to this place!

My husband and I both go to Elements regularly for services. Sara and her staff are all amazing. Schedule yourself a facial, massage, or nail service-​you will not be disappointed! Very fortunate to have Elements in Moon Township!

I’m a bit delayed in submitting this review. Booked a bridal party for 6 of us back in August 2014 to have various services the morning of my friend’s wedding. These included manicures, pedicures and hair styling. I called around and researched quite a few places and was really pleased with the overall customer service and individual attention we received. Sara and her staff really did a fabulous job and made sure we got everything we needed. She was upfront about pricing and availability and assured me they could handle all that we needed to get done in the time frame we had. They even took on a last minute massage that we didn’t pre-​book and gave us lots of space to bring in food and hang out while we had our services. Our nails looked fabulous and our hair looked great! Thank you for all of the pampering and special attention. I highly recommend this place to other bridal parties. Prices are competitive and the staff really easy to work with, not to mention very friendly.

I was visiting the area from out of town. I stopped in as a walk-​in to see if I could get a pedicure. They were very accommodating. I was able to get a great pedicure and a shampoo/​blowdry! The salon was very comfortable and the service was wonderful. I’ll go back the next time I’m in town!

Love this place. All the employees are nice and friendly and helpful. So far I’ve had a manicure and waxing service and I have another appointment scheduled. This is going to be my go day spa!

I just had the most wonderful and fantastic facial I’ve ever had! Sara was awesome and I definitely recommend asking for her by name. I was in 90 minutes of heaven and I will be back very soon!!! My skin feels and looks great! I’m so relaxed and balanced. It really was the best spa experience I’ve ever had! Thanks, Sara! You rock!!! :)

So some time has passed since I visited this spa. I can say that I got a waxing and the girl definitely double dipped. In fact she used the same applicator to get wax from the large paint can sized vat for the entire procedure. She seemed skilled for the most part, the process wasn’t really that painful and she talked the whole time which was a nice distraction. BUT upon getting home and further inspecting her work, I was left tweezing a large area that was left untouched as well as numerous strays that should have all been dealt with while I was on the table. The lotion I was given as a post-​treatment was also about a year expired.
I also got a haircut while here. Nothing special. The girl was terrified to take off the length I wanted so after 2 attempts to get her to take it shorter I walked out with a cut I was only somewhat satisfied with.
The prices are high. I wont be going back.

I’ve been to Element Day Spa on several occasions for waxing services and I won’t go anywhere else. The employees are so nice and welcoming and they know what they’re doing. As soon as you step foot in their part of the building the ambiance is relaxing and soothing, everything is neat, clean and organized. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
While I love Element Day Spa for their waxing and other skin care services, I can’t say the same for hair styling. I’ve never gotten my hair cut there before so the stylist and I had a long conversation about my hair, how I styled it and I said quite a few times throughout our conversation that I just wanted a trim but that’s not what I got. I have baby-​fine hair and the cut I received was not suited to my hair type at all, she cut my hair significantly shorter than just a trim and didn’t blend the new short layers into the length of my hair. When I got home and checked it out further my first thought was I looked like Joan Jett.
I didn’t bring up my dissatisfaction with anyone at EDS because nothing could be done to fix it, it just had to grow out on its own. Despite the bad cut I did like all the Aveda products used on my hair and I will continue to go to Element Day Spa for other services.
Lastly, take cash with you, they do not accept tips on credit/​debit cards.

I am very impressed with Element and how far they’ve come. It was obvious from the beginning that the owner knew what she wanted (I had services done before the move), and the owner is always in favor of getting reviews of her staff.
I have had services from the owner and her staff, and I have never been disappointed. The owner believes in quality service, and she keeps up with her education to ensure that her customers received excellent service. Well done, Element. Much respect to the small business owner.

I recently found this spa because of Unilocal!I went today and got a bikini wax ! The girl who did mine was great! It didnt hurt she kept me distracted by talking to me. Really nice and down to earth salon! Clean and not too pricey! I walked out with a smile.
