Fantastic company to do business with. I had a mold problem and Kris came out to inspect the problem and test air quality. After inspection he concluded we have been doing everything right so far to remedy the situation and told us hiring ServPro might be an expense that wasn’t needed based on what still needed to be done to finish the cleanup. He showed us how to continue cleaning the living area ourselves and what equipment and chemicals to use. He spent time with me explaining factors needed for mold to grow and reassured me that at the «present time» the area is OK to stay in it. He tested for dampness (visually and with electronic equipment) and found nothing. He agree with our landlord’s assessment that it could very well have been a poor running AC system that had since been repaired. Kris noted that all his tests indicated we were currently in a stable environment and we could finish the clean up ourselves. Kris surely could have written us an estimate and done the work for us but I thank he for his honest assessment. I will certainly call SERVPRO next time I am in need of fire, water or emergency services (let’s hope I don’t have to). Thanks Kris you are an asset to the great ServPro organization.
