Phil’s Quality Automotive

I really like Phil’s Automotive!
I’ve been going to Phil’s for over 20 years. They are excellent at everything from routine repairs, complicated rebuilds, or intermittent mysteries. Phil and his staff are also super nice.
I don’t come here as often these days because I’m now on the opposite side of the metro. But I still bring my vehicle if I have a complicated job or if I have a problem that my local mechanic can’t figure out. His techs are like the Sherlock Holmes of the automotive world: they can figure anything out!
I only have two minor bitches about Phil’s. First, they’re almost always busy so it’s often hard to get in. It’s common to wait for a couple of days for an appointment… which is not good if you have an emergency. Which brings me to my second gripe. They always seem to be short on loaner vehicles and are super reluctant to give them out.
