This was my first visit to Ardent and I will be back! I was treated as though I had been coming to their salon for years. The entire staff was wonderful! My stylist, Angie Tyson explained every step she was taking and why. She really listened to what I said & what I was looking for. The salon is very personable and is not like some of those «beehive» salons where you get stuck under a dryer while your stylist moves on to someone else and you sit and watch everyone scurry around till someone sees you and says «your still under the dryer» an hour later! I’m a client for life!!!

I’ve been trying this place out for awhile now. I really want to love this place because of what I’ve heard of them. It’s definitely a disappointment! I’ve tried hair cuts and hair extensions here.
Hair cut wise… it was okay up until the lady butchered my hair recently. The layers were all thick and choppy. She didn’t even sectioned off my thick hair when she cut It! I felt like she did the cut in a rush or something.
And for the hair extensions… no words can describe how disappointed I am in it. They did a consultation on me and told me the price, but as soon as they got done with my hair they tripled the price!!! Charged me extra on every little thing I didn’t even ask for! And when I called back to complain about hair falling out and pain from the extension clamps, they did nothing to help! They keep telling me the owner will call me back but months after months I hear nothing back from them. They even kept my extra hair extension pieces and never gave it to me. Definitely will not be returning to this place! Wasted so much money for horrible results and service! SCAM!!! They are just in it for the money. They don’t care about their clients.
