A friend of mine got me to join YMCA and I love it! The Cordova YMCA is my favorite because it has the best classes. I’ve tried HIIT, Y-​barre, kickboxing, Y-​cycle, muscleworks, and interval step. All the classes are fun and that’s only some of the classes they offer. They have free childcare and my daughter loves coming here. Around once a month they do a family fun night and they have kids fit classes in the afternoon. The staff is helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. So if you are thinking of joining a gym, I would recommend this one.

Childcare while you work out is great! Also, activities for the kids. My daughter recently had swim classes here but they also have kids exercise classes. So this is awesome! Tennis courts, basket ball courts, the pool. I should go more! Love this place, it really is way more than a gym. Thanks for including families in the activities.

This YMCA is fantastic! Tons of treadmills and machines, lots of classes and free childcare. The staff is amazing, always friendly and professional. I really appreciate this place!

My family loves coming here. They even have kids fitness classes. Free childcare with your membership. Tennis courts, basketball court and swimming pool. The men’s locker room has a sauna! I spend most of my time on the indoor track (which could use some updating).

Over the past decade, I have been a member of many different gyms. Some good, some not so good, and others that were just plain scary. Of all of them, the Cordova Family YMCA has to be one of the best.
When you join a new gym, you never know what you’re going to get. Is it a meat market or do regular people work out there? Well, the name says it all, this is a gym that is great for the entire family. The equipment is clean and new, and the staff is warm and friendly. I’ve enjoyed using the child care, to help me get in a couple of extra work outs.
Also, don’t let the fact that the pool is outside fool you. It’s available year round, thanks to a inflatable dome placed over it in late October.
