We do not live anywhere near Crazy Cleanerz anymore, but still make the drive because the prices cannot be beat and they always do a great job with our clothes. Most of the time, the staff is friendly and our clothes are always ready on time.

I had been a long-​time customer of a large dry cleaner chain until Crazy Cleaners came to Cordova. They always give great service with smiling faces. They always have your clothes ready when promised and even have a system where you receive a text to let you know when your order is ready.
Visit them today for and see Wes for fresh clean clothes and great service.

I opted to get the yellow bag and leave my CC on file which makes for easy drop off — I don’t have to wait In line — I just drop my bag then pick up when ready and they process payment
I like that they are open early at 6am and I can always pickup the same day — orders are always ready by 5 the day day. Customer service is good and they even returned my $ 2 that I accidentally left behind.
They also have a text feature that will send you a text message when your cloths are ready for pickup !

I’m always skeptical when trying a new cleaner, especially with my cotton duvet. I’ve had it cleaned before & it looked like a child tried to iron it! Crazy Cleanerz did an EXCELLENT job. It was cleaned very nicely and appeared to have been very neatly pressed with something like a spray starch! GREAT JOB! You have a new customer and I will gladly give great referrals! Thanks!

Bad customer service. I was a long term customer until I had pants that were damaged when I picked them up. The owner blamed it on me instead of providing good customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ok. let me preface by saying, I am not from the area and I travel for work. I need to have my clothes clean and most importantly I need to HAVE THEM.
I visited this establishment for the very first time, last Thursday. I dropped off a skirt suit and a pair of slacks. I came back on Tuesday and got what I thought was my order. I was told that the zipper on my skirt was damaged through no fault of theirs? Well exactly who’s fault is it. I left it with them with an intact zipper. The manager offered to have it repaired, with some cost to me? HUH? I declined and advised that I would not pay. he, I guess, realized that I was not about to fall for the okie doke. He then said he would send it out, and absorb the cost, since I was a new customer. yeah right.
So I go to pick it up, today. not only is their computer system down. and it took 15 – 20 minutes to tell me that my skirt was not there/​back from alterations. I will go pick my skirt up, hopefully on Monday. Then NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I’ve found my new dry cleaners. If you need a dry cleaning place, give them a try. Ignore the naysayers. This place is excellent.
First, their establishment is CLEAN! I know, dry CLEANers should be CLEAN but that’s not the point. They keep it tidy.
In addition, have you ever dropped your clothes off and wondered where they went? No wondering here. They launder and dry clean on site. (You can see their dry cleaning area behind a large glass wall.) You have your choice between laundered or dry cleaned. I dropped off 13 pieces this morning around 8:30am and received a TEXT MESSAGE at 3pm letting me know they were ready. That’s awesome service.
You prepay for your service when you drop them off. My 13 pieces of clothing cost me just over $ 37. That’s CHEAP! Other cleaners have cost me $ 20 more for less. (Dryve Cleaners…)
Drop them off by 9am and it’s ready by 5pm at the latest. Great job, Crazy Cleanerz!

Their customer service is terrible and the managers promote the behavior as they are rude and don’t care about their customers. Owners don’t seem much better online complaints are simply ignored. As far of the service itself is inconsistent as far as quality they damage shirts on every other batch of clothes and will bot acknowledge instead try to blame it back on their customers at their website. STAY AWAY unless you don’t care about your clothing or your money!

So I have to agree with Rebecca and Sharonne… Customer service is lacking. I have often have issues here —– lost items that they claim to know nothing about, called me a new customer when I have been there several times. My clothes often come out with the same stains I took them in with —- I travel and don’t check them until I get to my location —- often in the winter they still had the salt stains they went in with. I have requested no crease and often get creases in my pants. Yes, they are cheap —- and the service is cheap as well. I have often gone there out of convenience but I have finally had enough when they lost the top to my 3-​piece suit.

I’ve been going here since they opened and have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I hate hearing that so many people have had bad experiences! I’ve brought many clothes here over the years and have never had a piece ruined. I won’t lie, some didn’t have the stain completely removed, but to be fair those were oil-​based stains that had a couple days to set in. They also do a great job on comforters, too. Mine don’t fit in my washer or dryer so I have to get them dry cleaned. They come back looking the same as if you washed them.
Their prices are reasonable, too. Another thing I like is they’ll do minor quick fixes — like missing buttons, right in store. Plus, I’ve never been charged for these, not even for the time on my jeans which had to have been slightly more complicated.
If you’re looking for a dry cleaner, why not give them a shot?

Don’t waste your time & money on this business. The owner was the rudest person and has no concept of customer service. I arrived at 9:50am to drop off cleaning that I requested back by noon or 2pm the following day — I was informed that the cutoff time was 9am. I asked for an exception and she went to the back to ask, returned to tell me no. I asked for the manager and was informed the owner was busy. I waited and when he finally arrived, he informed me that I was too late and he was busy. I asked if he could please make an exception and he kept speaking over me. I asked if it mattered to him that he might lose a customer and he rudely dumped my clothes on the floor and told me to leave. I had read negative reviews online before going here and wish now that I had listened rather than have such a negative experience of my own. I will not return to this business — I went to Dryve Cleaners and they were willing and able to honor my request. That is probably why they are so successful!
