Customer service is strained sometimes. We had to wait almost an hour to get processed initially because of insufficient staffing. That is the only reason for only giving four stars.
The person on staff was very pleasant and courteous and professional.
The facilities are easily accessible and secure. A cart is always available to make loading and unloading easier. The inside temperature is always cool on extremely hot days.
I have been accessing the facilities three to four times per week.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience and impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They were efficient, the premises are well kept and I feel comfortable leaving my belongings on site. Their rates are reasonable and I like the fact insurance is included. This is my first time using this type of service and so far so good!
