Staff was very friendly, place was clean and well organized. Food was great, games and entering price was a bit pricey but it was well worth it. Next time I’ll be going for the whole day so we can be there at least 6 or 7 hours to play, eat, and relax. From the front door to the back everything was well laid out and much room to play and enjoy.

Incredibly bad pizza. This place blows. I’m a bus driver so it would never be my choice to come here. It’s loud, kids are constantly stimulated with games, sugar and running around. There are tons of morbidly obese folks here, literally! Like I said, the pizza is bland and tasteless, but I expected that. At least the salad bar had spinach and romaine. The dressings are not great though. It’s a buffet. People who frequent them, for the most part have less than mediocre tastes. So don’t believe the stellar reviews.

Saturday, May 14th, I felt brave. I felt like I could conquer the world with my daughter as my sidekick. So, when I suggested we go to Incredible Pizza at 3 pm… I had a S on my chest. I was Superwoman and she was Robin. We arrived and prepared to share our happiness with the world. That did not happen. We did not get out of the car. Our superhero capes were useless. We didn’t stand a chance. There were employees lounging around the front door, being loud and rambunctious. There was a Sheriff’s car parked in front of the door as well, but it was empty. There were employees chasing each other around the parking lot. There were random kids losing their minds in the parking lot. And… there were two tour buses. It was at this point when my trusty side kick and I shared a look that said, «We f***ed up.» So, we left and went to Golf and Games. We had a blast. I don’t think I will try Incredible Pizza again… safety is more important than having fun and I don’t feel safe there.

We visited Incredible Pizza in Memphis and were amazed at the cleanliness as well as the variety of food. They do offer pizza, and we asked for a made-to-order vegan pizza with Daiya cheese, and it was ready and delicious in 10 minutes! The buffet also has«home cooked» meals, a full salad bar, dessert bar, and soft serve ice cream, all you can eat. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even allowing me to check the ingredients for the ice cream and other items. They also offer gluten free pizza. The kids of course loved every minute. There are a few places you can choose to dine within the restaurant, including a 50’s style diner, and a large room with giant screen showing children’s movies. One of the most notable qualities was the music. It wasn’t too loud and it was an oldies and sock-hop playlist. This is a very welcome change to all the loud, piped-in hip hop played everywhere we seem to go these days. The staff were all very kind and the games were a blast for the kids. There is a mini roller coaster inside now open, as well as indoor go-karts, mini-bowing and bumper cars. When in doubt, just remember how excited you were when you were a kid going to Showbiz Pizza or Chuck E Cheese. It is a big deal to the little ones and there is even fun to be had by us «grown-ups. :)

Was very happy with game selection. The staff could be a bit more friendly and educated though. All in all a good family experience and will definitely be back.

We always visit Chuck E Cheese so when our family suggested this we were open for it. I was amazed with the large food buffet and varieties. You could choose pizza, salad, fried chicken, hot dogs, veggies, and even tacos. Plus, they had the usual dessert bar of ice cream, jello, puddings, and cakes. The best part was you could choose your room to watch a movie while eating. I believe they had at least 3 viewing rooms but could have had more. We chose to sit and watch Shrek on our visit. Once you are full you have to decide on where to start. You have games, laser tag, go carts, bumper cars, or a 3D short movie. They also have a sectioned off area for the smaller kids. This is Chuck E Cheese on steroids lol. Plus, I think you have a little better variety of toys to win. Side note… if you show up after church and bring in your church bulletin you will receive 10 or 20% off. I cannot remember the exact amount. Sorry!

My kids have a blast here. The price depends on what kind of package deal you get. For around $ 30 each they played all afternoon with $ 20 on the game card, 6 special attractions, and unlimited video games, plus the excellent buffet. Hard to beat that. Dinner and a movie(not to mention concessions) costs WAY more. Not to mention, the staff here is great, the buffet has been pristine at every visit, the bathrooms are well maintained, and they are kind enough to give a military discount.

Hubby and I went on a Saturday night. HUGE mistake! It was very, very crowded. Too crowded! They were allowing people in who didn’t pay for the buffet — and us paying folk, had to wear a wrist band. Now, how can they really check who is a paying customer or not with it being so crowded! You could not leave your place on the table(to get more food, dessert or a drink) without a busser or a customer clearing away your half eaten food. When we went to speak with the manager to request a refund, the manager denied our request. After speaking with her manager, the manager reluctantly gave us a refund for our meals. Very much a different atmosphere since the last time we were there about a year ago when the manager(not the same one) was bending over backwards to please us and making sure my gluten free pizza order was correct. This place has changed for the worse. I am distraught and very disappointed that one of my favorite places to go has turned chaotic, poorly managed and just plain, out of hand.

This place is great for a family outing. especially with kids. I’m not to fun of enclosed places that have a million kids(that’s what it looks like to me) running around all crazy lol. I’ve been here several occasions. I came the first week they opened which was years old. I use to stay behind Incredible Pizza, and I can recall how excited I was when this place was being built. The guys who were building this place was renting an apartment by me and they would tell me how everything was coming along and all the cool stuff that will be inside. You can say I had the inside scoop! There’s an all you can eat buffet(pizza, salad bar, soul food, tacos, & desserts), 3d simulator, go karts, laser tag, mini golf, bowling, bumper cars, and a bunch of arcade games. The only thing that’s a bit nerve wrecking is that it’s always over crowded.

The food is marginally acceptable and the place is way too noisy. The seats are hard as a rock. I had a horrible time, but the kids loved every minute. I’m sure I’ll be back, but not by my choice. I think the secret is to never visit, because if the kids get that 1st visit, it’s a lost cause…

tl;dr: Crowded, rude guests, ruder employees, awesome deals, but limited availability and long lines. Would’ve gotten more stars if any of the several employees that walked past us at a dinner table had mentioned that there was a reserved party coming in, but one employee took it upon herself to rudely tell us that«fact». There was a reserved sign on the table, but the party was«Dine Room/Epic» and the time read 11 – 12,12−1. The time was 3:45. I’m now writing this review after navigating the packed game room and playing probably around 10 games in 3.5 hours. I was going to rate it 2 stars, but a very kind employee just made our experience just a little bit better. I only wish I’d gotten her name.

This is a great to go to have good food and lots of food!!! The food bar goes waaay past just pizza and you can find anything from salad to spaghetti to fresh vegetables and that is even before you get to the games and the ice cream.(They even have a special early brunch on Sunday!) One of the things that really makes this place shine! Mike has a friendly, efficient staff and that makes all the difference!

I brought my family and and an out of town guest here. I found that first just finding a table and getting access to pizza can be challenging. There is no order and people just walk right in front of you for refills. I thought the drink areas were messy and the pizza was slow to come out. The go carts were cool, but some were out of order. I did not like the idea of so many kids hanging around and not playing anything. Overall, this use to be a better experience when this location first opened, but now it is beginning to decline.

I’ll start out by saying I lucked out, I purposely picked a day when it would be dead there. It was during the week, kids were back in school, no crowds. So I know I had a different and better experience than most. First, the food. I mean, it’s a pizza buffet. It’s obviously not going to be the best anything ever. But the food tasted good and was good quality. The pizza actually had cheese on it, that was nice… most buffets skimp on the cheese which is a bummer. I tried a little of everything though. Nachos, hot dogs, spaghetti, it was all good. The menu does change slightly from day to day, I’ve been told. Apparently there’s brunch on weekends and some nights there’s stuff like catfish, french fries, etc. Kinda bummed I missed the catfish. Oh and the drinks… they had a cherry coke slushie. Never seen that before in my life and I love them for it. As long as they always have that, I’ll be happy. The one gripe? Between all the desserts, I was surprised there was no milk out. There was coffee though, and water. Oh and the desserts, the chocolate chip pizza(just a huge circular cookie) was good, slightly underdone like I like it. Oh, before I move on to the rest of the place, I should note: like I said it was quiet when I was there so this wasn’t an issue for me, but if it’s busy when you go, here’s where the quiet seating is: it’s in that first room on the left that looks like an old southern restaurant. I mean it is actually supposed to be quieter, it’s not just that it was quite in there when I was there. All the rooms are themed and some even have movies playing, a great way to keep your kids engaged while trying to get them to eat before they play for a few hours. The games! I just had an unlimited arcade pass so I didn’t get to try out the ticketed games or the bowling or go karts. But they had Galaga and that was enough for me, it’s my obsession. The response on the machine was a little slow compared to other places I’ve played it, but I still had fun which was important. There was also Guitar Hero, some racing games, and loads of other stuff I didn’t check out. If you just stick with the arcade games, you won’t be bored. I recommend this place, it’s a lot of fun. It seems to appeal more to all ages than Chuck E Cheese’s, which is really just where a kid can be a kid. Here teens can hang out, adults, anyone.

Wowzers! Where do I start? I guess I will start of by saying I have a ton of experience when it comes to these types of establishments. Over my life I’ve visited and enjoyed many many hours at Chuck E Cheese in Raleigh, Discovery Zone, Celebration Station & Fun Plex(Remember Those? ;) wow I’m old) and also being a mother of 5 kids I’d like to consider myself an expert of having fun with these types of places! That being said, I’ve have found this place to be one long, excruciating panic attack! My initial visit was over 5 years ago on a stormy Saturday afternoon. I was lucky that day to find it was that busy. Unlike other places you have to pay before entering. I feel it is more expensive than say Chuck e cheese. Unlike Chuck e cheese, it doesn’t use coins(or equal to 25 cents to games on all games) Incredible Pizza has a card you insert(like a credit card) to play a game. Each game has a different value. And when you purchase a card it is load up with points and each time you play a game the amount of points that particular game cost the cost is deducted from the points you have available on your card.(Sorry I know somewhat long and confusing) I found the pints themselves that you pay to put on the card very expensive almost gouging! A smaller game that would equals a quarter at CEC seemed to cost around $ 1.00 or more at IP. When you win a game the tickets you’ve won are put on the card so when you are ready to use your tickets to pick out a present. Most prizes seem unobtainable. So I found that CEC would be better to play games at. IP does have more«older kids» games than CEC does. CEC doesn’t have go karts and other rides of that nature so if you don’t mind that extra cost you can ride rides at IP. I found it to be a panic attack inside because inside is complete chaos. Kids running everywhere, with no one directing any kind of order. There is a large buffet on the right side as you walk in the front entrance. Kids and adults skipping throughout the line.(Sorry, big pet peeve) floors always sticky by the drink machines. Ugh I was horrible. Finally, in November I attended a friend’s daughter’s 7th birthday party. The food was disgusting. The«birthday helper» was sometime missing in action. Other times She seem to be ignoring my friend’s questions or concerns. My friend also paid double what I paid for the same amount of kids and food. But the worst part was my friend was 7 months pregnant and the room had no air ventilation and was hot as all get out! My friend told me she attended a birthday 2 months prior and had the same problem with the ventilation and air. I understand that some people might say that IP is much bigger than CEC so it would have more kids raising hell and running around and would be louder that CEC, but this place had no order what so ever. Parents weren’t controlling their own children(sorry, another pet peeve) and there was no staff enforcing any types of rules or regulations. My children are not perfect but I prefer not to go to place where my polite children are cut off in line to get a drink and spill their food because a child is out of control and runs into them and doesn’t apologize but actually laughs and points. We will not be coming back. Ever. Be advised!!!

I usually go to this place to let out my inner kid and try to enjoy little bit of arcade life that I don’t get to enjoy often. I will say the salad bar is probably best option at the buffet. I don’t think that they bring out hot pizza quite often because I saw a lot of empty trays which was kind of disappointing. But It was a week day so I don’t think they care to much about that. The arcade machines are fun but can be quite expensive for some of them.

This place was cute and great for kids and families. My bf and I went and we are in our 20s. Just for something to do. We didn’t have the pizza, just played the arcade games, duck pins, 3d ride, bumper things, and gokarts. It had this Dave and Busters+ for 4 – 30 year olds feel. We had a lot of fun goofin around and that 3d ride was hilarious. Definitely do the cosmic coaster one… It’s some serious movement. The bumper things were crazy too. As for cost, the games were about $.50-$ 2.00 and the rides were $ 3 – 4.00. The two of us probably spend about $ 60 total and stayed for almost 2 hrs and made 500 e-tickets(The e-tickets just loaded onto your card so you don’t have to walk around with a whole bunch of paper) We gave our tickets to some little kids and they almost fainted. So I guess it was worth a lot, who knows. Or if you are staying in Cordova or you are from the area, definitely check it out.

the kids, for some reason, love this place… There were«wild animals» running lose and mowing us down… The parents don’t supervise their kids, the pizza is worse than cardboard, the games are overpriced, there was not a single item on the buffet that was edible, the drinks from the machine were flat — but, hell… it’s a kid’s party place, so nothing else matters than if the monsters enjoy it… it’s noisy, raucous, and overall a miserable experience

I wasn’t expecting too much having been to one of the locations in the Mid Cities in Texas but they have a lot of improvement needed at their Memphis location. Two of the kiosks were not functioning to add money to your cards. It took my niece a 40 minute wait to do the bumper cars because only 3 out of 5 available were running. The worst problem was in the go kart line. My grandson was so excited to be finally tall enough so I gave him the $ 5 to ride. He waited 30 minutes in line only to be told that the $ 5HAD to be on his card. NOWHERE at the entrance to the go karts was any sign saying this. He came back out so disgusted that he said he didn’t want to ride. I know he did and could see it in his eyes. What he really meant was he didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes to ride. I am so glad we didn’t buy one of the 30 dollar packages. We would have never been able to use it. They need to get it together. We likely won’t be back soon after this experience.
