McDonald’s

So. I very rarely go to mcdonalds bc the food is gross to me but my daughter loves the happy meal and I love their sundaes and mcflurries if the machine Isn’t broken but I digress. It’s a rainy Sunday night and I needed to grab some groceries for dinner but hadn’t ate anything all day. I decided to grab a sausage biscuit *all day breakfast*. I waited in line *no lie* 20 minutes. They gave me a rock hard biscuit. It was literally hard enough to injure someone if I threw it at them. Beyond irritating and disgusting. Just… go to the back yard burger next door instead.

Painfully painfully slow. Wasted nearly half an hour sitting in the drive through. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else

Order was wrong. Asked for grilled chicken clubhouse, got grilled chicken with no bacon. People are super friendly and service quick, but order messed up. This McD’s is not consistent in their quality.

Ive been waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes… For a cheeseburger and small fry. Incredible

Sometimes it is mind-​blowing how bad drive-​thru service can be around here. Normally, McDonalds and Taco Bell have been the exception (especially Taco Bell; I’m not sure what they’re doing over there, but in general they’re doing something right). This particular McDonalds was a train wreck experience in the very minimal time I was there. The person working the drive-​thru was mumbling and clearly not engaged with his job whatsoever. I understand that it is a low-​paying job, but you still need to at least perform your job at an adequate level. In addition, he was abrasive when I asked if it was too late to order breakfast (which I think McDonalds should make available until at least 11 am, but I digress). I ordered a McDouble plain and a medium sized fries; I was not provided a total or an acknowledgment that he got my order and to pull to the next window. When I did pull up, he didn’t say a word and never made eye contact, and when I got my food, the woman handing me the bag did not offer any sort of «thank you, have a great day.» I checked my bag and noticed my fry container was half empty and my burger was not plain. After that experience though, I decided it was not worth it to go back and deal with these same people again. I will still frequent other McDonalds locations, but I don’t see myself coming back to this particular location anytime soon, or ever again for that matter.

It’s a good thing they are open so long or they would not get their breakfast customers served. Sooo slow.

I’d like to say this McDonald’s is hit or miss, but they miss more than they hit. For a place that says their fries are the best, they usually suck. Guys, one batch of fries probably costs you a dollar. If they’ve been sitting for a while, just pitch them. That’s what you’re supposed to do anyway.
Plus whenever I get my burger, it’s always cold. I get a special order (because I hate pickles) so it’s not like it could’ve been made hours before. I mean, the whole thing is cold. The patty’s cold, the cheese is barely melted, it’s a disappointment.
Plus, they start serving breakfast way too early, and even then it’s sporadic. Their website says it starts at 3 am (are you kidding me? At 3 am the average McDonald’s customer wants a burger, not a McMuffin), but it’s anyone’s guess as to what’s being served. Sometimes it starts at 3:30 or 4. Or maybe I’m just the only person in the world who thinks McDonald’s breakfast sucks.
The only reason this got two stars instead of one is because when the food is fresh and hot, it’s not bad for fast food. The free WiFi and them being open ²⁴⁄₇ is a plus, too.

Went here for my kids church choir christmas party. The food was… well, McDonald’s. But what really impressed me was how organized they were. Our party of 20 or so people all sent in our orders a week before hand. Every thing was ready and every order correct. Friendly staff, as always. A really pleasant surprise from a fast food restaurant.

I tried to go into the building at 9:30pm only to find the doors locked. I was told that they were closed even though their hours said they closed at midnight. Shame,
