I almost always go thru the drive thru. Most of the time they are professional, fast and efficient and the food is good. Every now and then I have issues with the food or service. I guess 8 out of 10 isn’t too bad.
My suggestion is to complete the survey on your receipt, they give you a «buy one get one free» offer for egg Mc muffin or big mac, and also if you’ve reported something that wasn’t right they will often send you a coupon.

What you order is never what you get in the bag. Go there for breakfast only and my order is never correct. This location is right down from my house and convenient but not worth the hassle of having to check your order and wait for it to be corrected. Also why do all fast food places not give you napkins. Didn’t know they were a condiment as well… I’m not loving it!!!
