Pizza Hut

After placing my order at 8:07, it was delivered at 10 pm and was missing one of the pieces of my order. The pizza was cold. When I called the store, they refused to send out more garlic knots or remake the pizza. The «acting manager» called my husband an asshole, hung up on me twice, and told my husband that we didn’t deserve a refund on cold food or the missing food. When we heated up the food, the bacon and cheese stuff crust had no actual cheese in it. The pizza was a giant thing of grease. As a starving (at this point) 7 month pregnant woman, I couldn’t even eat the two slices, I normally eat from other pizza places, and threw it away.

Pizza was absolutely disgusting. It was soaking wet with grease. Do not order from here. Worst pizza I have ever ordered. You could hold the slices up and fill a plastic cup with the amount of grease running from the slices. The box was soaked. Absolutely disgusting. If I could post without giving any stars, I would. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered my pizza at 4.45pm and ordered a pepperoni pizza and received it 15 min. late and it had bbq sauce on the whole thing. I did NOT ask for the sauce. So they said they would remake it and send it out. 1.5 hours later, I called back and she said they were waiting on a driver to come back, and it does not take that long to get to my house. I still am waiting for my pizza to arrive, hopefully correct. :(never had it that bad.

Called to order my Pizza… Was told it was going to take 2 hours. Did not really have a choice because I had a trailer hooked up to my vehicle. Took 3 hours for the pizza to arrive… Once it arrived it was COLD and to make amends they gave me another pizza that was even COLDER and had toppings I do not even like and gave me ½ off… I was given ½ off, but it should have been free… I will NEVER order delivery from there again.

Walked in, stood around the front counter while 7 – 8 employees were standing in the back having an in depth conversation about who could beat up who and who’s a tough guy bla bla bla. I just left since nobody decided to acknowledge me. Somewhat surprised to see a store manager act with a such a lack of professionalism. If you have to eat PizzaHut I’d suggest going across the street at 825 N Parkway.

I completed placing my order for delivery at 10:26 pm on saturday, January 31, 2015 (that’s what time I hung up the phone with 362‑3333). I was told my pizzas would be here in 45 minutes. 1 hour later, when my order was 15 minutes late, I called and was told my order was on the way and to call back when my order arrived and I would get a discount based on what time my order arrived. My order arrived 32 minutes late at 11:43 pm. I had 4 teenagers waiting for a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza and chocolate chip cookie pizza. 2 of the teens had to be home at 12:15, and they live almost 10 minutes away. I had asked for both Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper, the delivery guy had neither and the pizzas were luke warm at best. The order was incorrect, no pepperoni pizza, 2 cheese pizzas instead. The delivery driver said they were giving me a $ 3 discount and I tipped him $ 3 plus the change, so around $ 3.50 or $ 3.75, I didn’t yet know my order was wrong. When I realized my order was wrong I called back and was put on hold for 6 minutes, then disconnected. I called back today (the next morning, around 11:30 am). I explained what happened and was offered a replacement pizza at no charge. I then asked to add a Mt. Dew, which I said I was paying for and was told that my total was $ 6 and change. What? She said if I add anything to the replacement pizza they had to charge me a delivery fee, so I cancelled the Mt. Dew. When the replacement pizza arrived I had $ 2 in my hand for the tip for delivery guy. I asked him for the Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper and he gave me 1 of each. He first said that «that’s what they told him to bring,» then he changed his story and said that’s how much he uses on a medium pizza so he thought that would be enough. I took the 1 tiny package of Parmesan cheese and the 1 tiny package of crushed red pepper and kept the $ 2 I had in my hand to tip him. He then asked me for the pizza they delivered to me last night that was the wrong order. Really? The supervisor I spoke with is Ashley. I told her that she didn’t seem at all interested in correcting their problem and in fact she seemed to take great joy in telling me that my total would be over $ 6 if I got the Mt. Dew. Honestly, we didn’t bother to eat the pizza for fear that the Pizza Hut employees did something unsavory to it. I will not be a Pizza Hut customer ever again and would encourage others to not use this pizza hut either. I had no choice but to put 1 star, though they certainly do not deserve it, otherwise I couldn’t post this review.

Took 2 hours to get my delivery. I called and asked where my pizza was and the lady said «our delivery driver left 20 mins ago he should be there any second» after that I waited another 30 mins. To give an idea, I live 1 mile from this Pizza Hut.

Well, I thought Pizza Hut is the same everywhere, however the is the worst place you will see on your life.

I hate to say this about any Pizza Hut, but this is by far the worse pizza place. It took over an hour to delivery. Plus they brought the wrong drink, the breadsticks had no garlic on them, and the pizza was cut all the way. I will just save my money and go to the Pizza Hut in target.

What you are about to read may not sound like the truth but I swear on a stack of Bibles that it is. Okay, get ready…
I ordered a pizza around 10:30 pm after not having a bite of food all day so you know that feeling of anticipation that I had going on waiting for my pizza to arrive. Well, about 45 minutes after I ordered it, I get a phone call and the girl was wanting directions. I told her how to get here (maybe a little over a mile from where she was). About 10 minutes later, I get another phone call. She says she is at my door but nobody is answering. I told her that she was at the wrong door as I am sitting 10 feet from the door salivating waiting on her to get here and there is no way I would miss the knock or doorbell. So, I explain how to get here again.
About 5 – 10 minutes later, the phone rings again. She is saying she must be lost. I explain once again how to get here and she is literally around the corner. About 5 minutes pass so I call her and ask if she is getting close. She said she isn’t sure then I notice I see headlights out front in the road and there is a car just sitting there. I ask if she is in a white car and she says yes so I tell her I am going to walk out to the sidewalk. I walk out there and I am waiving and no response (she is two houses down). So I am standing at my mailbox basically doing jumping jacks and nada. So, I call her back to make sure that is the right car that I see, she confirms that is her car. I tell her I am at the mailbox and if she looks straight ahead she will see me. Still nothing. So I walk into the middle of the street in front of her headlights and I start doing the jumping jacks again (still on the phone with her) and she goes «Oh, I see you». Seriously, I’m not even done…
So, she pulls up to the curb across the street from my house and gets out and goes to the trunk. Then she gets back in the car. Then she gets out again and goes to the trunk. She does this for several rounds. I ask if there is some sort of a problem and she says «I know I had it». So I ask if she can not find my pizza and she confirms that she can not locate it. I ask if maybe she accidentally gave it to another customer and she said «you were the only one I had».
So, it is now closing in on being midnight and she says she will go back and have them make another one. I said okeedokee and went and got back on the couch. Then 5 minutes later I hear a feeble little knock at my door. I open it and she is standing there with a pizza. I asked if she found it and she said «yes, it was under the seat».
Anyway, I gave her a $ 20 (which was a nearly $ 5 tip for her) and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted any change. What is even sadder than that is that I told her to just keep it.

Extremely poor quality. Even double toppings were very scarce. Overcooked. Cold. Overpriced.
