It is what it is… However, when I asked an associate for help finding a teacher planning book, he took me on a wild goose chase all over the store rather than admit he didn’t know or that they didn’t carry them.

Don’t buy anything here with a warranty!!! They refused to honor own warranty. Paid $ 40 for a warranty on a $ 200 Google Matrix 7 and the personnel snottily advised me of a number i had to call. THISISONLY8MONTHSOLDANDISSUPPOSEDTOHAVE A 2YEARWARRANTY!!! DON“T BUYATSTAPLES!!! UPDATE: I called the«toll free number» to find out I «will be sent a box(in 7 to 10 days), which I have pack the tablet in and send back and MAYBE they will fix or replace it and send it back in 7 to 10 days or whenever they get around to it! Actually, I found out I paid $ 40 for a one year warranty which indicates Staples has found there is a «sucker born every minute» and they are going to make some money off of that! If I had wanted to buy on the internet, I would have. I bought at the store so I could conveniently take it back for repair if necessary and now I have found I have all the disadvantages of both the«physical store» and the«internet site» and none of the advantages!

I needed some office supplies in a bad way, and literally stumbled upon this place on Germantown Parkway. I know, I know. An office supply store is an office supply store is an office supply store, right? Well, I like Staples better if only for the fact that they stock an «easy» button you can purchase to put on your office desk to press at totally inappropriate times. Just one of many reasons it is probably best that I work from home. This location is very clean, organized and well-stocked. I was also really surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was. I mean, seriously, there were employees in every aisle to assist me should I need it. There was one couple in line in front of me and as soon as I got within a foot of the register a gal ran over and opened(yes, opened. The register was actually closed.) another lane so I wouldn’t have to wait. While I was in line, another employee proceeded to compliment me on my hair and dress. It was a sundress, and my hair was three shades of hideous, but I’ll take it. Hell, I’ll come here at least once a week for that kind of treatment! I’ll bring my tiara and Staples can roll the red carpet out. I’m game.
