At some point after the remodel, Wendy’s TOTALLY revamped everything about themselves! Upon returning to Wendy’s after a while from my first review, the service was lightning fast! I normally go through the drive-thru, but still everything was exceptionally fast! The wrong orders are much less frequent, and the employees seem to be on top of everything. Most times the food is fairly hot and fresh, considering the fact that the drive-thru on average took me maybe 2 minutes, sometimes less! So far I’ve been very impressed with the improvement Wendy’s has made, and it is probably my favorite of the nearby fast food joints.

Have not been to this Wendy’s in a year or so. It was remodeled inside and out, but unfortunately the staff was not. Horrible service! The place was empty and it took 20 minutes to get our order. People going though the drive-thru were coming inside because their order was messed up. The Wendy’s management team need to visit a Chic-fil-a to see how to run a restaurant.

It’s the typical Wendy’s menu, which I love, but they have such crappy service. They usually get your order wrong or just plain leave out items you ordered. The remodel looks nice, but it can’t fix bad employees who can’t pay attention to an order or even care to get it right.
