Yellow curry with chicken, by far the best! We also had red curry with chicken, drunken noodles with chicken & steak fried rice, all were delicious! Very friendly & loved the décor & atmosphere!

I have been to Blazing Noodles several times. My favorite is Thai Toast and Pineapple Fried Rice. I order Thai Toast every time. I also have tried Spicy Basil Leaves, Spicy Eggplant, Pad Thai, Pad See Yu and Nam Tok Beef, but everything was really good. Items are reasonable, but the portion is big. Workers are really friendly and nice. I live in Memphis, but it’s worth to come to Blazing Noodles all the way from here.

Definitely a great place to eat. Love their specials. Just when I think I’ve tried every dish they have, the chef whips up something new and it is alway amazing.

What a surprise to find a good Thai place in a small town in NEMS. Massaman Curry is my favorite dish, but everything I’ve tried so far has been good.

Another place that doesn’t look like much but it really is a gem! I love Thai & Indian food but it’s hard to find really good places here. This one is amazing! The owner & his wife are both very hands on here. He pitches in to take orders, wait tables or whatever is needed. He also brought us extra bread and to go cups. They were really packed but he still made it to every table to chat with his customers. I believe his wife was doing the cooking that night!

I REALLY wanted to love this place and I am kind of disappointed that my experience was just okay. It’s not that it was necessarily bad, but based on the other reviews I wanted it to be so much better than it was. The crab rangoon was amazing, first of all. Hot, crispy, and fresh. I ordered the eggplant stir fry and my husband ordered a garlic chicken stir fry and we both agreed that something was missing. The taste of my dish was just spicy, but there wasn’t much else flavor-wise. The texture wasn’t right either. You know how stir fry usually has a nice, crispy sear on the meat and the vegetables have a little caramelization going on? The meat and vegetables seemed soggy and poached. The worst part was the cilantro they sprinkled on top was going bad. It was slimy and brown with some black spots on it. It was easy to remove though, so it did not spoil the dish. It wasn’t terrible, but Thai food is one of my favorites and I was really looking forward to eating here. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and I loved the privacy of the table we sat at. There were enough good things about the experience that I will definitely come back and give it another chance.

We stopped here on our way back to Memphis from Huntsville. Good, fresh food, prepared well. We really enjoyed the larb and green curry.

This was a great find for us as we were passing through. We depend on other Unilocalers to help is find great eating choices, and this was no exception. The night we dined there, the house special was a Sukiyaki duck dish on top of braised eggplant. Two of the 4 in our group ordered it, and it was aaaah-MAZ-ing. I had the spicy eggplant(which is cooked just right with ground chicken and just enough spice) and other dish was the yellow curry noodlez — which had a sneaky spice to them. It’s not likely that we will pass thru Corinth again anytime soon, but on the off chance that we do, we will time it so we can stop in for a meal here again.

I LOVED the yellow curry! I got it without potatoes due to personal preference and I was very pleased with the outcome! I also got the spring rolls and they have a yummy dipping sauce. I can’t believe it took me so long to come in and try this place! Kicking myself now! Can’t wait to try the drunken noodles that I’ve read about!

Who would think you can find authentic Thai food in Corinth, MS? Being an Asian Elite Unilocaler and Thai food enthusiast, I can tell you that this place is legit. Try their Nam Sod Chicken, think of it as a chicken lettuce wrap — sour /salty /mild spice. Their spicy basil beef fried rice is good and their noodle options are great as well. The owners are very enthusiastic and passionate. This is a truly a gem and a great find in Corinth, MS. Cheers.

This place still serve the best darn Thai food this side of the Mississippi. The beef noodle soup she serve brings back a lot of memory. It is «spicy friendly». It reminds me of eating the street food of Bangkok. Where there would be at least 50 stalls that serve all kinds of delicious goodness. Just like the food trucks in America. These stalls are called hawkers. Believe me, I would rather eat at any hawker than eat at a 5 star restaurant. These hawkers serves their specialties and they cook it with love. That’s what the food of Blazing Noodles remind me of. It is just plain delicious and real. The only thing the chef will bend the rules on is the«heat» of the food because not everybody could eat super spicy food. I do missed the plastic chair, plastic table and the ambiance of the hustling and bustling street of Bangkok.

The owner is very outgoing and friendly and is definitely the mouthpiece for the business. He’ll give you a brief history of how he and his wife met and about her cooking abilities. The place is going for classy, romantic or upscale with some private booths, table cloth, dim lighting, stained glass and linen napkins. The mural along the upper parts of the walls are not unique to this restaurant. The business has changed hands 3 times or more and none have bothered to paint over the space to make it their own. The owners are very approachable and nice. They are more than happy to assist if you are unfamiliar with Thai cuisine, as I am. The closest I have to compare them to is across the street at Jin Jin
The serving sizes I got were on the small size. The rice was bland but the rest of the food items were full of flavor. I left feeling like I was missing something. I have not eaten Thai anywhere else, so I have nothing to compare with. I plan on revisiting soon to see if they have tweaked anything, as well as, to see if my taste for Thai have improved. To Each Their Own. Update: 3÷29÷16 bumping stars from 3 to 5. We have dined a couple of dinner times recently and were extremely pleased with the quality and quantity of food. The red curry is very good and has a subtle slow burn that is really pleasing. They do not bring your check to the table so do the math before going to the register, we were charged for drinks and only had water, but we didn’t know they charged us until we had left. This will be one of the top choices to eat gluten free.

Owner is rude to employees and wife. None of my business, but I really don’t like rude, overbearing people. I’m not the only one on here that has had this experience. I ordered the blazing noodlez and they were bland. So many flies up front by the windows, we had to move tables. Not sure if I will ever go back. I may, because most people here say it is great Thai food. Good luck…

Super food and friendly service. I had my favorite dish, ground chicken stirred up with Grapow, the fragrant Thai basil, and just the right degree of heat. Great!

Visited based on Unilocal reviews. Walked in to manager admonishing staff in the back which is never fun to hear. The service was pretty awesome though. The manager was very enthusiastic about the food and gave suggestions of other dishes I might enjoy based on my order. I got the drunken master and potstickers. They both tasted awesome. The pot stickers came with a peanut sauce that I missed on the menu but after tasting am completely sold on and am considering drinking from a jug. The only complaint I had is that I paid an extra $ 3 for shrimp on the entrée and did not receive the first shrimp. Got a regular order of pork and beef. It was definitely a bummer, but I ignored the oversight because I was super tired and hungry by the time I made it back to my room. Even with the pork and beef, the noodles were really really good. Just the right amount of spice.

Blazing Noodlez is an anomaly. It’s a(mostly) non-Americanized Thai restaurant in a restored Southern downtown shopping plaza. When I first ate here a decade ago, it had different owners., and It was pretty good as Thai food goes but nothing spectacular. The new owners, however, have really put a lot of effort into providing authentic Thai flavors without marginalizing less adventurous tastebuds. The husband and co-owner, a pleasant young Southern gentleman, said to me, «I’m a Southern boy that married a girl from the Thailand equivalent of the Ozark mountains in western Arkansas. She is a culinary genius, and she cooks like a Thai country girl. She keeps it authentic. With my southern roots, I help make sure the food will still appeal to folks from around here go may have never tried Thai food. But we still like to throw in some things for the more adventurous types.» My assessment is they have absolutely nailed this goal. If you are the«if I don’t know what’s in it, I won’t eat it» type, there is food that will appeal to you. You can get all the standard American Thai fair(curries, sweet and sour such and such, pad thai, etc.), but it has authentic, intense seasoning that will surprise and delight even the pickiest of eaters. If you are more along the lines of a «I’ll even eat the eyeballs of the pickled fish wrapped in banana leaves» type, then you will also have options, as well, though you may have to ask. As Thai restaurants go, this place gives any metropolitan area Thai food a run for its money.

Pretty good Thai food but not great. Fried tofu app was well cooked and had a good sweet sauce. Curry was good if maybe a little too sweet. Basil chicken was good but oversalted. If you like spicy Thai make sure and ask for Thai hot as neither dish was very spicy. Food came out quickly and all was hot and fresh. Would stop in again while passing through town.

I came here with 2 people, and we all finished every last morsel on our plates. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and had sleek lines. I was surprised at how good the food was. I had the pad thai, I recommend getting hot sauce to add to it. The dish comes already with tofu, but you can add chicken, pork, or beef to the meal. Very nice place, I will probably head back before i leave town. There was country music playing, but I guess we’re in Mississip!
