Caliber Collision

Having enterprise rental at this location a plus. If you have a Gieco claim a plus as well. Customer service okWorkmanship is par to fair and had to bring vehicle back for rework. When it comes to details this is not the shop to go

I recently had my car repaired at Calliber Collision in Corinth. The team at Caliber Collision was very responsive and attentive. The team followed through with their commitment to customer service and quality work! Nick, Taylor and Troy were with me throughout the process and made sure I was updated on the status of car and the work was completed with the highest attention to detail! My husband told me he is going to refer everyone he knows to Caliber Collision.

I am changing my review I posted prior which was very negative toward Caliber Collision in Corinth. After speaking with the Manager, Josh Roberts, he corrected all the problems we had with Caliber in Corinth. Josh went above and beyond to make sure our cars were fixed to our satisfaction. Josh and I had a lengthy meeting and he has been at this Caliber less than a year and is working very hard to correct the internal problems the store has and improving customer satisfaction. I now feel comfortable recommending Caliber Collision in Corinth to my friends and family.

After having my car repaired by the Corinth location, I truly felt taken advantage of. The paint flaked, peeled, and was not sprayed evenly. My head lights had overspray inside of them. And not everything agreed to be repaired was was fixed. I addressed this with my advisor. He promised to make it right. However, he stopped taking my calls and never returned them. After 3 months of trying yo contact him, I gave up. When I traded the vehicle in, the appraiser showed me multiple issued which should have been repaired.

I’m thinking four and a half stars, but I’ll go with the five.
I had my Kia worked on here. My experience was fairly standard, in terms of collision repair. (My car is a magnet for people that don’t pay attention when driving.) They set up the initial evaluation quickly and it lasted only 15 minutes. They didn’t go under the car to check the damage to the bumper, which meant that their estimate was going to be off. (I knew that, they knew that, my insurance knew that. Just be sure you know that.)
When we got the work done, the receptionist was nice, but the system could have been organized better. I came in right at my appointment time, and things weren’t ready. (Hence the desire to drop a half stars.) I had to wait a while, and it really wasn’t necessary.
Turned out a new bumper was needed. No surprise there. They still finished the car in two days, though. Work was good, and they washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. They called the second day to let us know what was happening.
What impressed me was the extra thing they did: The techs also buffed and polished out a big scrape from the front bumper at no cost to us. In fact, they didn’t even mention it. They didn’t redo the bumper, but the polishing was enough that you don’t really see the scrape… you just feel it. I noticed it by accident. You know how you sometimes walk by a car because you think it isn’t yours? I did that, because I didn’t see the scrape my husband put on the car a month after we bought it. I had to double back and see my license plate.
That’s worth an extra star… though now I don’t have the visible reminder to rib my hubby on his driving.

I have yet to see their work but their customer servce so far is terrible. The receptionist is snappy and has the worst attitude, if it was my choice I wouldn’t ever do business here.
