Pizza Hut

My family insisted on ordering from y’all and so we got it delivered, i personally hate falls pizza, but my daughter swears by it, and my wife hates it but the daughter stands.
The 2 pizzas we got were both taste like rubber that the Dallas stars could play with, terrible pizza

I have never received such bad service at any pizza place ever! This store does not know how run a business… I tried to call my order in… however they don’t even answer the phone to take an order. I drove to this Pizza Hut and my phone was still ringing 15 min. later and they still were not answering the phone… when I walked into their location. So they took my order, I waited for the pizza 20 min. Then the employee came out and said, sorry I dont have your order in the system. I knew they had it because I paid him for it. I was furious. Then he figured out he had my order but another employee was trying to take my pizza and give it to one of the drivers! Now I have waited 30 min. and still No Pizza. The lady after me, got so mad because waiting almost as long, she said she just wants a credit! HORRIBLE Customer Service!

Had friends come in and they wanted a pizza fast while watching some games so ordered to find out it was going to be a hour… just to cancel I had talked to 5 people for 15 mins being placed on hold then disconnected. Only way I could get through was acting like I was a new order. This place used to be decent but last few times… crap service.

There was a fly baked into my pizza. I’m not even kidding you. Even more disturbing, I almost didn’t see it. It was under an olive I picked off. I took the pizza back and showed them and they gave me a $ 10 credit. I’m not sure how a fly manages to get baked in, so I’m assuming it was already a dead fly that was in the cheese when the pizza was made.

No, Hunter, not a disgruntled employee here, more like a mad mom, which is even worse. Don’t rely on this franchise to delivery on time for your child’s birthday party. I ordered the pizzas at 10:45 online and stated that I wanted it by 12:00. At 12:05, no pizza… I thought no big deal. At 12:15 no pizza… I now had 8 whiny, restless, 7 – 5 years old on my hands. I had planned to have them eating at 12:00 and then do more party games, but now I had to do the remaining games while waiting on the pizzas. I took time out of running the party to call the store to figure out what was going on. I told the lady that I may have misinterpreted what 12:00 noon meant. Did it mean, I would have the pizzas at 12:00 or they would go out for delivery at 12:00 meaning I should not expect them until 12:30? She informed me that the driver was out delivering, that I should have already had the pizzas. I told her that it was kind of ruining the party here and if you could call that driver to figure out what was going on, yeah, that’d be great. I waited another ten minutes while the kids were running around outside now, and finally the driver pulls up at 12:25. His car is unmarked so I wasn’t sure if it was really him, but he pulls up all smiling as if he is oblivious to the fact that it’s 12:25 and he was supposed to be here at 12:00. His happy self gets out of his car and asks me how I was… not a good idea. I informed him that 12:00 noon meant 12:00 noon for a reason and that by him being late was kind of ruining the birthday party. He said it was his fault. Something about his phone… um, ok??? and? Then I told him that I would be contacting his manager, and that he was aware that I was not going to tip him. He just said yes ma’am. I pulled everyone inside, got them resettled, and had them eating… the party was supposed to end at 1pm. So, I had to rush the kids through pizza, the cupcakes and singing happy birthday, pictures and last minute door prizes all in the span of 30 minutes… yeah, thanks pizza hut… good job. We did get a phone call stating that we would receive some credit for our trouble… still waiting on that. Seems they can’t deliver anything on time, credit or pizzas.

Again — this particular franchise owner thumbs his nose at Corporate. I order a pizza through Visa Promo with the promise of a free pizza. Well free pizza if picked up, if delivered they have a min order of $ 7.99 + delivery fee — BS to that!

Pizza is really good. Staff is friendly. Unilocal on this one appears to be a disgruntled employee. Probably got fired.

The pizzas are terrible, the service is slow, and they under pay the drivers.
