Updated review. I have re-​visited this particular Starbucks for the last 2 – 3 months. It seems they have had a positive change in personnel since I was there 1.5−2 years ago. Upbeat, friendly window service ! Drink orders are now exactly as I have ordered. Yay! Back to my normal Starbucks!

Do not stop at this Starbucks unless you have time to wait. Not sure why but my order was neglected and forgotten while other customers were tended to. When I finally reminded them around 10 minutes later I wasn’t even offered an apology.

This is my go-​to Starbucks in the Denton area. The drinks are standard Starbucks and the staff is the usual friendly staff you get at most Starbucks but the thing that sets this Starbucks above the others is that it is very comfortable. The crowds are always light and there are always seats available. Other Starbucks in the area are often jam-​packed with no seating and uncomfortable noise levels. This Starbucks has a bit more division between seating areas so the noise levels are moderated which means you can actually have a pleasant conversation.

Hate to say it but they have seen better days. Last few times the drinks I have received just have not met par. The caramel mocha did not have any caramel in it and if it did it barely had any. The first shaken tea was OK but the second one I ordered this last time tasted like a diabetic’s worst nightmare. I got home having to add 14 ounces of water to it to get it to taste like a sweet tea.

Much better since they fixed the median in between the new Starbucks and McDonalds that I kept inadvertently running over… lol. Be careful. This place has great veggie options if you don’t mind spending a bit. My favorite is the Hearty Brown Rice Veggie Bowl (about $ 7). It comes with brown rice, mixed greens, sweet potato, beets, bell peppers, broccoli, and a pretty sweet lemon tahini dressing with lots of flavor. Heart-​healthy, cruelty free and delicious. My favorite drink is either a half Coconut Milk/​half Soy Milk (great balance of healthy flavors! sweet and buttery) Vanilla Latte, or a soy Oprah Chai Latte. Yes Starbucks, take all my money. $$$

The map location is incorrect. It should be right next to the freeway on FM 2181, next to the gas station on the southwest corner of the freeway entrance. Nowhere near Garrison St. in the map.
The place has a nice atmosphere, more modern than others, different from most other Starbucks. I like it. They keep the air conditioning a bit cold, especially when the fan above is blowing onto you when you sit there.

The address on this Unilocal page led me to the an apartment complex. Couldn’t even find this place…

The barista at the drive thru about 45 minutes ago almost completely ignored us. She handed us our order while she was taking another order. She did not say which drink was which. She took the payment and gave the receipt and went back to her business without a word.

Starbucks is such a chain that you could go anywhere and the drinks will be consistent. The only thing that changes the business is the environment and the service. The service here on somedays are friendly and warm. But most days that I come, these days, the employees all act like they hate people. It really brings down the vibe. I’m turn an average rating to an average store.

Clean and efficient store. Great service. The only negative is no drive through at this location.

It’s not very conveniently located. It’s a little bit down the way from 35. It was clean and not busy. The service was fast and friendly. It was up to the Starbucks standards.

After me being a coffee drinker, having my own espresso machine and everything thing else under the sun, I still have to come in to get my Iced Macchiato every week. The regular crew, always knows me, and what I want when I come in the door. The three guys that have worked here for some time are awesome! They always have something fun to say or ask about. Not to mention out of the ten Starbucks I have been to the metro area, they make it to a T.
One time I forgot my gold card coupon, and they didn’t even flinch in waiting for me to pull up my email– they just gave me the reward. They know how to take care of the customer, and if for some reason your coffee didn’t come out just savory, they will not hesitate to re-​do it.
The guys here are beyond awesome. Their store front area is a little small compared to others, sometimes when you sit down to meet someone, or wait on the coffee, it can get cramped. Overall, I drive over here for my coffee, even if it is 15 or so minutes down the road.

Nice, friendly staff, great coffee, quiet, good place to meet with clients or friends, but wish the had a drive through for those days when we are in a hurry

Always great experience

The employees are pretty friendly and make my drinks perfectly. Not to mention there’s indoor and outdoor seating. Texas nights can be hot so this is great. However, the crowd is weird. I grew up in Corinth, and it seems like the wanna-​be yuppies make their way out of the woodwork to come here. If you talk above a whisper everyone looks at you weird. All in all, a pretty decent place, especially if you can find a seat.
