Just visited Saturday 1pm, our waiter had our table and one other. After getting the wrong drink it was down hill from there. We waited 40 minutes for 2 salads, never received a table check or drink refills. Asked another waitress to find out where our salads where, 5 minutes later we again saw no one and we left. This was the worst experience ever! Eat at any other restaurant, at least you won’t starve and go thirsty.

Great restaurant that consistently delivers great steaks. Service is always attentive and prompt. They always have delicious and new items. My girlfriend doesn’t eat red meat but loves Longhorn. Their salmon is outstanding.

Waited less than ten minutes to be seated for a party of six. Waitress was friendly and kept up very nicely. There was a slight mix up with our order but it was fixed immediately. We had the manager and the hostess stop by to check on us during the visit as well. All six meals that we ordered were great.

I love this restaurant… the staff is genuine, the atmosphere is great and everything I ate was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend the key lime pie… and of course the steak.

I’ve been to this place about 10 times. Most of the time the service is not very good. The food is not much better. Why do I continue to return? Well, I’ve learned living in Habersham County this is about par for the course.

I have tried this restaurant several times & both times they have let me down!!! I think it’s a shame to have a chain restaurant like longhorns in this small town of Cornelia Georgia and you can’t get a good meal with good service!!! It’s ridiculous!!! but it’s the truth … ever time I have been there they take forever to seat you and you never get refills the food takes forever to get to your table and this was at times when the restaurant wasn’t even busy!!! so they can’t blame it on being very busy and just having a bad night… So what gives? I tell you what gives!!! me giving y’all this bad review!!! but it’s the truth… so anyone reading this just go see for yourself. please shape up Longhorns of Cornelia Georgia!!! your the only steak house we have around here and it would be nice if I could start seeing better reviews written about y’all then maybe I would change my mind and one day give y’all another try

I love LongHorn! Probably the best steakhouse in Habersham County! I love their Sierra chicken. Very good! Staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing when not too busy. Sometimes it is hard to find a table though since people really flock to it.

Food was great I had the feta chicken with asparagus. While the food was fantastic The same cannot be said for the service. Our waiter was inattentive unresponsive and extremely slow to fill our drinks and bring our ticket. Because of the bad service I would rate this an overall experience of 2 ½ stars.

I’m angry I even have to give it one star. My boyfriend and I went to Longhorn after a long absence to give it another try as we have both had bad experiences at this location. We were prepared to have a nice night out, but it was anything but. We received our buzzer from the hostess who was very nice and took a seat at the bar for a before dinner drink. From the time the bartender saw we were waiting for a table, she was completely unconcerned with us. I requested a second drink after she had already tossed our check face up to us on the bar. She poured my draft and the keg went out. The carbonation splashed some beer on her and she walked out of the bar area complaining loudly that it had splashed on her face. She then comes back plops the beer in front of me saying«The keg went out. We’ll get you another one.» Clearly, I do not want a beer that has left my line of sight that might now have something in it. The trainee who was learning was very nice and offered me another type of draft. We paid our tab and went to our table. Our server was very nice and tried very hard. We ordered apps, wine with dinner, a medium rare filet with a «signature side», and a medium rare filet with lobster tail. My boyfriend’s steak came out nicely as it was the 7oz. I ordered the 9oz that when it was served to me it had clearly been cut into 2 times during preparation to check the temp which created almost 3 separate steaks. One of which was clearly over cooked being completely grey throughout the section. We sent the steak back to have it corrected. Afterwards, the manager comes back to the table with the steak that I had just sent back with it cut open on the opposite side that had not been cut to check temp. Obviously the thickest portion was cooked to the correct temp, but I didn’t order half a steak that is cooked properly. When the manager asked me was wrong with the steak, I pointed out the cut marks that were cooked through. I could not believe that I was having to explain to a steakhouse manager that yes half of the meat was correctly cooked, but half of it was not. We attempted to pay for our meal that we were now not going to be staying to eat after the treatment we had received. We were informed that there would be no charge. We left the half of the cheese fries that we had already boxed up, a tip for our server that was working hard, and left. I have never walked out of a restaurant, movie, event, etc ever in my life, and I will never walk into another Longhorn again.

We went in about 2pm Sunday. Three of us sat at the bar thinking that would be faster. It took 45 minutes to get our food. The two salmon salads were so fishy we couldn’t eat them. We sent them back and ate the salad. Almost 30 minutes later when the salad was finished they brought more salmon. Horrible service and horrible food.

I guess because of the area and no other comparable choices this Longhorn’s is always slam packed which tends to make the service somewhat slow. I’ve visited twice since they opened, the last being at lunchtime. I visited with my girlfriend and her 13 year old son for his birthday. The service was treacherously slow, over an hour and a half for lunch! When the boy’s and my salads were delivered my g/f didn’t get her soup which we all kept waiting for. Since she was having soup and salad it was all delivered together, though she did end up asking for it. The waitress was very nice but I think they still have a lot of new employees on the floor and in the kitchen with the timing problem. The time before was on a Wednesday evening. The service was still slow but for dinner with drinks I’m fine by that. The food was very good at each visit so no problem there.

Awful experience! My family and I had to sat at a table that was located in front of the entrance. We asked if we could be relocated two tables down, the hostess told us she was going to set someone else there. Mind u we where there first. After ordering we where there for @ least 35 mins and we still hadn’t gotten food. We paid for drinks and left. I will never go back!

I eat here quite often and have only received bad serve once. I highly recommend the parmesean crusted chicken or the bacon crusted sirloin. They are both great.
