I walked into this store today and was not greeted or even acknowledged at all. I circled the entire store, looked at a couple of tags and just decided to leave without even a glance from the salesperson. There were two persons in the store, one of which was the salesperson and I’m not even sure the second person was actually a customer. What poor customer service! Will never go there again, which is probably fine with them.

Didn’t purchase anything here, but our first walk-​in visit was great. They have a really interesting selection of lighting and fans from traditional to contemporary to straight-​up experimental! The salespeople are friendly but not pushy, which is a huge plus!

SUPER friendly staff that does not hover while you shop. We went in the other day for light fixtures — Donna and Helen were just great. They have all sorts of styles from new, modern, antique, shabby-​chic etc. They have wall sconces, doorbells, bathroom lights and other home décor as well.
I definitely recommend stopping in! There is also a consignment shop right next door which is worth checking out! :-D
